There were fairly aggressive dogs barking and snarling next door that were tied up on leads that reached all the way to the gate to get into this property and their dog was standing there the entire time we were in. So you couldn’t get out safely unless their neighbor put his dogs in their house. The lawn was tall and they have 2 open garages filled with things as well as dirty diapers littering the opening that I had to remove so my dogs wouldn’t get into them. There was also trash and food littered about. Fence was fixed and the yard was big with lots of shade and sun.
It’s a bit bushy and the dogs next door bark like crazy, but other then that my dog had a fun time running around and we even brought our ferret for some outside time!
Fence not secure. Objects (pieces of plastic and trash) scattered throughout the field. Unkempt.
Spacious, pretty quiet, mostly clean
Very spacious backyard for my pup to run! Trees, greenery and a stick pile in the back for her to sniff around. The yard was very clean with had toys laying around. I didn’t see a bowl for water or a place to toss her poo bags (I thought those were said to be there but I could have been reading another sniffspot description). I won’t return to this spot because there is a big hole in the fence. She ran to the neighbors yard a few times. Luckily we were able to grab her. The fence was bent downward to the ground so any size dog could get out.
Great yard. Low area in fencing was a concern. But it was great seeing Nila romp and run.
The yard is very nice and big, but there was a large hole in the fence near the entrance so I had to keep my dog on a long lead. FYI for reactive dogs, there was also a neighbor dog two yards over, visible through the fence.
Another great visit! Last minute booking but the yard was clean. Dogs LOVE having the thick grass to roll around in (and occasionally gnaw on).
Really nice! A fully grassy yard with sun and shade if you wanted it. The dogs had a blast running and rolling around. It was a bit muddy, but with snow still on the ground that’s pretty expected. There were active dogs playing and occasionally barking in some of the visible surrounding yards that made it a little rough in the beginning with our one reactive pup, but hey, everything’s a training opportunity! In the future we may avoid holidays/weekends here when others are likely to be out with their dogs, but we’ll definitely return! Finding the location and parking was easy.
