Welcome to our yard… and home to our “$10 guarantee.” We love our animals above all else and want to make sure everyone can afford to have a large, safe place for their pups to run and play. That’s why, despite our overwhelming growth in popularity over the past year, we pledge to all our visitors that we won’t raise the price above $10. This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog! I have an acre of wooded land with a creek running through the back. We don't use any pesticides or fertilizers so the land is completely animal friendly. We are on a cul-de-sac so there's no through traffic and its the quietest place I've ever lived. Sometimes deer or foxes come up from the creek because it goes all the way to Double Rock Park but they run away as soon as they see people. Its a beautiful, peaceful place and it's perfect for running and playing with your dog(s). I can also walk,run and play with your dog if you're unable to do it yourself. Also there are sidewalks that take you down to the backyard so its handicap friendly. I hope that's the proper term. I am not trying to be insensitive. Thanks for looking at my ad. Karl

Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill on the path on the right to the pond. We are open occasional hours due to surveying and construction soon to be started. Please message me if you have a specific time you want to come out and I will open for you if possible! Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 18 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! We are adjacent to a local pick your own peaches, apples and berry farm.

Our large, fully-fenced yard with pool is the perfect spot to cool off this summer. Dogs and their parents are allowed in the chlorinated pool. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk! The pool is NOT HEATED and will decline in temperature as we approach winter. Beware of hypothermia.

Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability.
