The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! Right off 35! Are you traveling down 35 with your pet? Take a pit stop at our Sniffspot and let your furry friend stretch their legs then be back on the road no problem!

You and your furry family members can enjoy a peaceful, large, open paddock, and 1 acre pasture with shade trees, a pond, and fresh water for pups. There is SO much to see and smell at RichKat Ranch! Please note that the North and East pasture fences are wrought iron with spacing that could allow a puppy/small dog to pass through (toy breeds or those such as Chihuahuas, Yorkshire Terriers, etc). Acres upon acres of land to run your pups ragged! Very close to town nestled inside, but not part of the new Shady Creek Estates. We have a large field with some trees, a creek, and plenty of woods on the other side of the creek with tons of sights, smells, and trails for the doggies and their people to enjoy! I have a small section near the front that is not fenced. It's a work in progress. The rest of the property is fenced.

Fully fenced in back yard with plenty of room for them to run, trees and bushes with squirrels and many things to look at and chase. Connected to a park where they can look out at and if you would like you can take them out into the open field there as well.

The pool is always technically open for dogs - even in the winter months. The water is however a little chilly for humans. Our dog does not seem to mind the colder water - especially on a warm day. We have at least a full .5 acres inside a fence for off leash play. Includes access to a swimming pool for dogs (and humans) that love water. Chairs available on the pool deck along with oversized umbrella. Provide dog towels, poop bags, sunscreen and bug spray. Access to the field is available through a back gate. There is a cleared area near the creek and horse trail. We just ask that dogs be on leash outside the fence. Do not block the garage (parking available in the driveway if you pull far enough forward) Please put garbage in the provided trash cans. Place used towels on the porch

2 acres of beautiful peaceful property with a small shallow pond thats only 2.5 feet deep and all dogos and puppers can play in there too :) and fully fenced in and gated. I also have a large dog corral where I keep my Lab and Pyrenees and you can put you dogs in there too if you want and let them play :) My dogs have all their shots and they are very social and gentle and playful. I have hammocks and chair all over the property and a pool too! Plenty of drinking water here for you pet also!
