Amazing spot. The dogs loved it, super open and welcoming terrain.
We had a wonderful time! Thanks so much-we will be back!!
Everything was great there- water and dog bowl- balls to throw- cornfields which are mowed
This is my go-to spot. Love the trees, paths, cornfields, church, and land just the right size. Thank you for sharing with me and my two fur babies.
We had a super time exploring! The host left water, tennis balls, and chairs out which was so thoughtful. We walked down the trail and up under the power lines and then around the corn field. My dogs had a great time running around! I will not a couple of potential doggie hazards to watch out for. There are muscadine grapes on the ground in one spot on the trail (like everywhere else in this area at this time of year) so do not let your dog eat these. Also there are a lot of corncobs around which could cause a GI obstruction if eaten in a large piece. These will be seasonal so just keep that in mind and be careful if you have an indiscriminate eater. Thanks for sharing your space!
It was good for him.
Great time was had by all!
We will be back!
My boy loved the cleared areas and the tennis balls that were offered! We didn't come prepared for taller grass, so when we got to the deer blind (which is where the dirt road forks to the left), we turned back around to walk around the corn field (which you get to if you go straight). The corn field is close to a road and a church, but we heard nothing and saw no one. Extremely quiet, gorgeous, private and clean - we'll be back as long as the very kind hosts will have us!
It is the back.
