55Excellent spot! Nice walking trails and good open areas for my lab that loves to chase a tennis ball. I went not long after some rain and was glad I had a 4x4 vehicle and some duck boots, as there were a few muddy spots in the parking area.

55I loved how the host had the signs out by the road so I knew exactly where to turn. Stephanie was an excellent and a very responsive host. My dogs and I really enjoyed visiting the property!

Reserved the spot for two hours and for the entire time they were living their best life exploring. We will definitely be going back to explore more as we touched like 2% of it after going through for 2 hours.

Description

This land has been in my family over 200 years. I’m working on getting more cleared so more people can enjoy its natural beauty. Camping is also available on Hipcamp website. Any suggestions are welcome!

Please keep your dogs in view so they stay off the neighboring property. And please don’t allow dogs to dig.

Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.

Unless otherwise stated, restrooms are not available on site.

Booking Policies
Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.

    Just ant hills

    Host replied: I’m so sorry for the ants! I’m looking for alternatives to poison because I raise honey bees and don’t want to kill other wildlife. This rain isn’t helping!

Our space is roughly 2 fenced-in acres surrounding a 1-acre surface area pond. This pond is between 1 - 7 feet deep in some places so dogs love swimming and running around. Must be 18 or older to enter the property! We DO have chickens and ducks on the property, but they will be fenced in a separate area during any visits. Please know that we are a very new Sniffspot! We are always working on making things better. Please let us know if you need anything! Parking is on grass, not on concrete. Parking is between the fence and the bush. This spot is not handicap accessible due to the terrain. Please note we DO HAVE A CAMERA in our field for wildlife protection. This camera auto-tracks movement.
