Dilapidated Sheds: On the property, there are two old sheds that are currently in disrepair. For your own safety, we kindly request that you refrain from entering these sheds, as they pose potential risks. Caution signs have been placed to alert visitors, and efforts are underway to secure this area with fencing. 3. Sandhill Climbing: When ascending the sandhills, please be aware that they are formed naturally, resulting in shifting sand beneath your feet. It is essential to exercise caution and watch your step while navigating this terrain. 4. Seasonal Trail Conditions: During the winter and spring seasons, the trails may experience frozen or muddy conditions. Please be prepared for these variations in terrain and adjust your walking pace accordingly. 5. Frozen Lake Precautions: In winter months, it is crucial to avoid walking on the frozen lake without obtaining information regarding its safety. Please consult your host before venturing onto the frozen surface to ensure your well-being. 6. Respect Restricted Zones: We kindly ask that you maintain distance from any designated restricted areas within the park. These zones may exist to protect sensitive habitats or for the safety of visitors. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. 7. Berry Bushes, Wild Plants: Keep an eye out for raspberry bushes, and wild plants, While they contribute to the natural beauty, be careful of thorny branches, allergic reactions and eating from bushes you don't know. 8. Wildlife: The area is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including coyotes and deer. Observe them from a safe distance and avoid approaching or feeding them. Respect their habitats and refrain from any actions that may disturb or harm the wildlife. 9. Large Trees and Falling Branches: Pay attention to large trees and the risk of falling branches, especially during storms or high winds. Stay clear of damaged or unstable trees to avoid any potential hazards. By remaining aware of these precautions, you can ensure a safe and enjoyable experience during your visit.

1. Kindly carry your garbage with you at all times and dispose of it at home. 2. Maximum of 2 humans per dog. Please use the extras section on the app to book additional humans. 3. Dogs must remain on leash until they pass the "start sign" on the trails. 4. Please pick up after your dog and leave the bag in front of the garage doors in the designated pet waste bin. 5. Avoid entering any buildings, even if unlocked. 6. Feel free to ask questions via the Sniffspot app if you are unsure about anything. 7. No glass items such as bottles or plates are allowed on the property. 8. Kindly keep dogs out of the vegetable garden. 9. Please wait for your scheduled time before exiting your vehicle. If you arrive early, please wait until your time slot to begin the walk. 10. Do not exit your vehicle if you see other guests with dogs. 11. Unfortunately, we do not have bathrooms available for guests on the property. 12. Pick up after your furry friends and keep the property clean for everyone's enjoyment. 13. Please be mindful of the time and do not exceed your allotted time slot. 14. Please respect all signage posted on the property. 15. Kindly refrain from knocking on house doors and use the app for communication. 16. Smoking is permitted on the property, but please ensure you take your cigarette butts with you when you leave and do not leave them behind.

It’s the 1st house on your left east of the 400 or 1st house on your right west of Jane. When u turn in the drive way follow it to the right and then slight left, you’ll see the house. U can park beside the barn and have an awesome walk, sniff all the things. Bring rain boots or shoes u don’t love lol It can get mucky on the trails at times. Also, there may be farmers out there so if your dog is reactive, maybe come on a weekend.
