IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD This fully fenced dog park is surrounded by professionally maintained lanscaping that is nestled in the heart of Unionville. It is beside one of the many walking and bike trails. The lowest and largest area in this dog park sits on a flood plain. You may see a water build up like a pond, which eventually recedes to a layer of an ankle deep water beneath the grass that is not readily visible before it totally dries out. This occurs during the spring thaw and/or after a heavy rain. As such, some guests recommend keeping a pair of rainboots or beach footwear. Your dogs can play in or around it if they want, and it's entirely up to you. While there are no potential hazards, there are mosquiitoes that a bite can cause allergies to some. Mosquitoes are most active between dusk and dawn, specifically around sunrise and sunset. In the Markham area, peak mosquito season runs from May through September, with activity increasing dramatically on warm, humid days when temperatures exceed 10°C

**Please be respectful of our property, dogs poop left behind can ruin the grass just like their pee. Kindy pick up after your dogs poop and pour water on their pee to dilute it Dog pee kills grass by burning it with a concentrated form of nitrogen and ammonia, creating yellow or brown patches, often with a ring of lush, green grass around the edges where the nitrogen was diluted. That said,I suggest to all our guests to bring enough water to flush the grass area to dilute their dogs urine just in case. **The pool hub, the swimming pool itself and the shrub/flower gardens are off limits for guests and dogs. **Park only at the designated area where the signage is. This is approximately by the basketball court corner. Please do not block the garages and both ends of the circular driveway. ** There are no garbage cans and washrooms on site. ** Last but not least, please refrain from booking from dusk til dark for your safety as we have no ample lighting available in this dog park. Thanks in advance for cooperation and undertanding.
