Water available multiple locations: outside the fenced pastures near block building/parking via hose pipe at the well near the garden 🪴 or inside the pastures (look for the blue barrels and the cattle waterers).

Multiple large, grassy, fully fenced dog pastures; 4.5' high fencing. Fully fenced obedience training ring with gates, broadjumps, highjumps, and bar jump. Trails to lazy creek and around perimeter of property. Kennels, cover, chairs and fans available for use in pole barn. If you enjoy walking with your doggo(s) outside of fenced areas- there is a good bit to explore on our property. We hope you come and enjoy!

We've removed a couple of tiny houses but otherwise it is as as depicted in the video. With slight changes based on season. We have 9.5 acres of pristine mountain glory We have a large unfenced Field, Shallow Creek with some small waterfalls, a spring that feeds a tiny pond, a large cleared Homesite that's away from the road moderate to difficult trails and beautiful views. The trails are moderate until you come to the areas that we had landslides, at which point, you can turn around or enjoy the difficulty it presents. Sometimes I or other guests may be on property. If you don't want any other dogs present while you're here, please confirm by text ahead of your reservation time. Thanks so much! We look forward to sharing our sweet space with you. We will be closed the entire month of January for maintenance and cold weather. We will open weekends in February. Let your pup run wild and free across 8 private acres of pure off-leash joy! This sprawling, fully fenced property is perfect for dogs who love to explore. With rolling hills, bumpy terrain, and tons of open space, it’s a sniff-and-sprint paradise! *We are outside the city limits and it is not uncommon to hear hunters nearby shooting* ✅ Fully enclosed with secure fencing ✅ Natural terrain: hilly, bumpy, and tons of sensory enrichment ✅ Water station & shade available inside carport and through trails ✅ Poop bags & trash bin provided Trash & Amenities: The trash can and other amenities are inside the carport and at the picnic table in the back near the bamboo forest. Seating: We have a table and four chairs in the bamboo/shaded area in the very back if you would like to have a picnic off the ground. At any time, you can request more seating. In addition, we have a bench inside the carport and at the well. Fence: The fence is 3 feet on three sides and five feet on the road side. The front fence is wood slats/split rail with wire. On other sides we have wire and chain link. Our Great Pyrenees and Golden Retriever have not tried to jump it. *There are critters that like to lift up our wire fencing. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see turtles, snakes, rabbits, deer, ground hogs and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. Grounds: The property around the home has never been graded so it is hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. You can see holes dug in the yard from dogs. It is fine if they dig. Water: You have access to our well and water bowls.

This is a large private field that is tucked just a short distance from downtown Hendersonville one block from the Hendersonville Community Co-op and not far from Flat Rock! This spot Less than 10 minutes from Exit 53 on I-26! Making it the perfect place to stretch your legs before traveling on! It has everything you need: - Flat- though the ground is uneven - Drive in access so you can park inside the 12" gate into the fenced area with your pets! - A custom built gazebo for shelter from the sun and rain - No drive by traffic - No people walking by - Full view of your pet while they run and play! - Games for people and dogs are already onsite! - Please remember to bring water for you and your pets. Please No Digging! I am passionate about helping dogs and this is my fourth Sniffspot and I will do all I can to make this one just as enjoyable for the responsible pet owners closer to Henderson County!
