Welcome to the Wet Spot! Designed by dogs for dogs our 1.4 acre fully fenced play area features a 1/2 acre swim pond, dock, sand dig pit, rocky stream, grassy open areas, and a shaded pavilion. Feel free to bring your own SUP or kayak! The Wet Spot is a great place to work on paddle training. Our pond is regularly tested for Cyanobacteria (blue green algae).

Welcome to our private, fully fenced half-acre backyard Sniffspot with a saltwater in-ground pool, just 20 minutes from downtown Raleigh! 🐾 We recently moved into this home, and hosting our own Sniffspot has been a dream of mine after being a Sniffspot guest for years. I’m so excited to share this space with other dogs and their people! 🐶❤️ Dogs and their people are both welcome to enjoy the pool and spacious yard. There are plenty of places to relax, including an outdoor sectional, lounge chairs, and umbrellas for shade. ☀️ For your pup, we provide fresh water and toys. For humans, we provide sunscreen, hand sanitizer, and bug spray. Towels for both people and dogs can be added to your booking as an extra if you’d rather not bring your own. 💦 The yard is regularly treated for ticks, fleas, and mosquitoes using pet- and environmentally friendly products, so you can enjoy your visit with peace of mind. Please pick up after your dog before you leave so we can keep the space clean and enjoyable for everyone. Max number of guests allowed at a visit is 6 people. Pondside Paws Park

Welcome to Pondside Paws Park, located in a quiet valley 15 minutes outside of downtown Asheville NC. Here you will find a peaceful, fully fenced in half acre lot with a pond for your pups to swim, romp, sniff, play and have a great time. For those more adventurous dogs, there's even a dock for jumping into the pond! There are opportunities for enjoying the pond regardless of your dog's age or exercise ability, as there is a shallow area with tall grass for wading and splashing, and a deeper area for swimming. The slope of the land is gentle for those older dogs as well- this spot is suitable for dogs of all ages and abilities. For the humans, we have several seating options including a picnic table and 4 chairs under a shade sail. Bug spray, sunscreen, fresh drinking water for the dogs and a tote full of toys is also provided in the weatherproof storage shed next to the seating area. Waste bags are available if needed, although we appreciate people bringing their own, and there is a waste container located at the entrance, next to the kiddie pool that is used to rinse off muddy paws. It's recommended that you bring a towel to dry them off before getting back into your car. We hope you enjoy the spot and leave it as you found it for others to enjoy as well.

Welcome to Camp-Ruff, a playground for K-9s! 🐾 Give your dog room to run, sniff, explore, and simply be a dog inside our fully fenced, private two-acre property. Camp-Ruff offers plenty of grassy areas, natural trails, interesting smells, and ample shade, making it a wonderful place for dogs to exercise and explore while their humans relax (chairs available). For our human guests, there’s an outhouse available inside the camper, as well as a shaded front porch at the Tiny House with comfortable seating. A water hydrant is available to wash up, refill the dogs’ water bowl or fill the kiddie pool for pups who enjoy cooling off and splashing around. Please remember to turn the hydrant off immediately after use and empty and turn over the water bowls and pool when you’re finished. Need to stay connected while your dog plays? Wi-Fi is available on the property, along with electrical outlets inside the camper and extension cord outside the camper. A little mosquito tip: near dusk the arbor and bench area is generally the best place to relax during mosquito season because of the Cedarcide chips surrounding the area. Since this is a natural, wooded outdoor environment, mosquitoes can still be present, especially after rain. We recommend bringing your favorite bug spray or citronella candles for additional comfort. We hope you and your K-9 enjoy your private time exploring Camp-Ruff! 🐕🌿

Our 2.5 acre park is a tranquil path through the woods with multiple path options and limitless nature to behold, accompanied by a soundtrack of birds and insects. The ample trails that cover the park are easy to traverse, and your dogs will be delighted exploring the endless smells in between those paths to sniff…and pee on. If you love to hike with your dog but wish they could be off leash to investigate the wonders of the woods so you can marvel at the variety of ferns and fungi, this is the place to let your dog run free without worrying about them getting lost. The trails and fencing are a continual work in progress, maintained and built over a decade and then some. We ask our own dogs to help decide where any new paths should go, and if there are any gaps in the perimeter fencing, we hope you and your dogs will do the same. Please be mindful of roots and rocks along the paths, the trail is more natural in some places than others. Get your birding app ready, put your running shoes on, bring your camera and binoculars--there is more to this park than joyous zoomies for your dog! Trail Length: park perimeter is approx. .25 miles, all (3) loops are approx. .58 miles

This is the best dog park in all of Buncombe County! Have you ever wanted to run your dog on three football sized flat fields? This is your chance. Located behind UPM Raflatac Warehouse in the cane creek industrial park this huge spot is the third one we have built. It’s perfect for all ages of dogs and their humans because of the terrain! If you are up for an adventure, we have cut in a small trail to access Cane Creek. It is part of the same property but is NOT fenced in any way. If your pup enjoys off or on leash hikes, then feel free. The trail is outside the fencing look for the silver gate across from the Gazbo. It is an out and back path with two small hills about a 3-5min walk in the woods. A picnic table, gazebo with swing, and hammock are located here for lots of seating and shelter. Some toys are provided. I think a Remote Control car or a drone, a mountain bike might be really fun to bring or even a Remote Control plane. This spot is actually part of the old Fletcher airport. No Digging! PLEASE! All I want in life is to help people to have balanced dogs in their lives! Enjoy!

Agility equipment is available to you and be moved how you like to practice new things with your pup or maybe you'd like them to stretch their legs with a nice stroll around the field. Whatever you decide you would like to do, I'm sure we have what it takes to make your pup happy. We please ask that you clean up after your pet. There is a trash can and poop bags provided. We also ask that you shut the red gate behind you once finished. Rules: •No Classes or Lessons will be booked through this company. It has everything you need: - Flat- though the ground is uneven - Drive in access so you can park inside the 12" gate into the fenced area with your pets! - A custom built gazebo for shelter from the sun and rain - No drive by traffic - No people walking by - Full view of your pet while they run and play! - Games for people and dogs are already onsite! - Please remember to bring water for you and your pets. Please No Digging! Fence is a visible barrier and made of a wire and plastic mesh.
