“You may occasionally hear a muffled bark from my dogs if we’re home, though they are not visible from the patio. Being in the city, you might also hear other dogs or general street noise, but no other dogs or people can be seen from the space. Since the area is enclosed by buildings, you may occasionally see someone open a curtain in a window, though this is uncommon. All windows are at least 8 feet above ground level, except for two with obscure glass block, which only allow a distorted view like you'd see in a bathroom. There are 2 more windows low to the ground but those are ours and are always closed with shades down.”

Description

This is a private, fully enclosed urban patio space in Boston — perfect for safe play, training, or a relaxing outdoor break with your dog. The ground is cement with small turf patches, making it easy to keep clean. The space includes patio furniture, a grill, a kiddie pool, toys, and a hose for cooling off. While smaller than a field, this spot is great for puppies, small to medium dogs, and dogs who need a secure, distraction-free area. It’s especially helpful for reactive or shy dogs who thrive in private environments. The patio has two entrances for convenience, is lit at night, and offers WiFi, chairs, and a table for people. Extras like training sessions, structured playdates with Tully, and custom dog gear are also available. Note: There is no dedicated parking. Since this is the city and there is limited parking, I recommend using Spot Hero to find parking prior to visiting the spot If you plan to drive. Public transit or walking are best for this location. 🐾 Rules for Guests Supervise your dog at all times. No unattended dogs in the space. Clean up after your dog. Waste bags and a trash can are provided — please use them. No digging or chewing walls/furniture. (Helps protect the patio and keeps it safe for everyone.) No smoking. This keeps the space safe, clean, and allergy-friendly. Noise courtesy. Please be mindful of barking/howling, since this is a shared building area. Limit group size. Up to 2–3 dogs max per visit unless you contact me first. Leash on when entering/exiting. The patio is enclosed, but please leash for safe transitions. Children must be supervised. The patio is dog-focused and not a general play area. Respect provided items. Grill, furniture, mats, and toys are available but please handle with care and return them as found. Extras require booking. Training sessions, playdates, or gear must be added as Extras. Reactive dogs welcome!
