This back yard is fully fenced with driveway guest parking. There is a mix of both sun and shade, and a hose for water. The grass is treated for bugs in the spring and kept short through the summer. No people or dog distractions at my property, so the place is all yours to wander. I absolutely love making this space comfortable for dogs & owners to stretch their legs in peace. This fully fenced in 0.25 acre yard is attached to our Dog Training studio in Hoffman Estates. It is available for use when we're closed. It is only available after 6:30pm Mon-Fri, and is available all day on Saturdays and Sundays. You and your dog(s) will be the only ones on property during your reservation. The yard is well lit for night trips!

Come enjoy our spacious yard with lots of grass, toys, and room to play! We have a fully fenced backyard with no gaps or holes. You can enter through our driveway and push open the wooden fence. There is plenty of parking on our block. Please do not park in or in front of the driveway. We have a small deck, table, and chairs for you to enjoy while your pup sniffs around. If weather is nice, we also have a cushioned swing to use as well! Toys, treats, fresh water, and poop bags will be provided. Our spacious backyard is ideal for dogs that need to run run run! We have a 5 foot fence and will add more amenities if we get enough guests. We have 2 Bernese mountain dogs that will be inside the house and may be seen and heard by your dog(s). There are also chickens next door but the fence keeps them on their side. They will be seen and heard.
