Description

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. Approx 10 acres of pasture available for dogs to run and play with gate access to rail trail right behind property. There is a shed by barn that has dog bowls and toys and treats with bags and hand sanitizer as well as long line leashes if you dont feel confident with your dog being completely off leash at first. Please feel free to use them! Hose is available to be used as well and is out hanging on the gate. To turn hose on you have to go into the barn downstairs, you will see it attached in the little separate front room right inside barn door.No animals currently in pastures which is why im renting it out so it can be used and enjoyed however there may still be some leftover hay bailer twice pieces and horse manure in field so please be aware of this! There is a pond in the one south field and the fencing is livestock fencing and could use some work so smaller dogs would likely be able to get through however You know your dog best so you can choose if the fencing works for you or not. It is along the main road (Hwy 35). The fencing is in as is condition but if you need some extra space for your furry friend(s) to run and play mine sure enjoy it! There is a small 10x10 shelter in the one field and a barn with lights up top. Power and wifi (Bramwell95) are available to be used if needed, feel free to use anything in the shed up top by the main gates for your dog(s) :) Parking can be up by barn gate or you can drive onto the large grassy front yard area and park anywhere on there too. The fencing around most is 5 foot tall chain link fence. The back fencing is rail with livestock paneling behind it (just not visible) I have a deaf 20 lb mini aussie who is an escape artist and she has not been able to get out. However I cannot guarantee or be held responsible as anything is possible so please use at your own risk.

Welcome to Beaverton's Dog Trails! Please access the trails from Concession 6. Punch these coordinates into Google Maps: 44.4415942, -79.1065234. There is a SniffSpot Sign at the entrance. You may park in the private driveway. Rubber boots are recommended! Please pick up after your dog, there is a waste bin at the entrance. Please help yourself to a laminated map at the entrance and return after your walk. The map is posted throughout the trails with "you are here" symbols to help you navigate the trails. There is also bug spray in the cabinet at the trail entrance. If trails are blocked off with caution tape, they are temporarily closed. Enjoy your visit!
