IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD This beautiful piece of land is the western point of a family farm. The property is partially fenced but has a large fully fenced in pen with toys. Forest space with a trail throughout and a large open space for fetch and free roaming. Garbage bin located at end of driveway entrance for pet waste. Very private, right off the 407.

We do not recommend you allow your dogs drink or swim in the pond within to wooded area. Cars on 407 can be heard from the property. Fencing is placed between property and 407 and Enfield road.

ONLY AVAILABLE ON MONDAY/TUESDAYS AFTER 4pm: Do your dogs need some socialization, haven’t shown signs of aggression before but a public space with a ton of dogs is overwhelming? Our boy Leo can help! Leo is an extremely social and mindful Australian shepherd who has helped dozens of antisocial/nervous dogs come out of their shell. Leo will be leashed until we can see your dog is comfortable. *This is not for reactive dogs who have a history or showing aggression to other dogs in the past.*

Please stay within property limits. The wooded lot and anything behind(south) the wooded lot is within property bounds. Any bookings after 9pm will be cancelled for safety reasons. No smoking on the property please for fire hazards are high on this property(Hay field with dry woods). Please for your own sake keep your dogs from drinking or swimming in the pond.

IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD 10 acre property, approximately 5 acres of dog friendly area. Path around the pond and into the back of the property where there is woods. The back of the property is less maintained and it is only recommended to go back there if you wish to explore and are sure to be safe with your dog on leash, just because the previous owners of the property left some car debris back there that may be harmful to dogs if they are not careful. We take our three Chihuahuas here all the time with no issues. We’ve taken them to the back as well, but usually just stay to the maintained area around the pond. People have heard coyotes and seen coyote trails on the property so if you have a small dog, it is recommended to be on leash just in case. Pond is great for dogs to swim, relatively clean water that our dogs and ourselves swim in. Pond also has an island in the middle, which makes for a cool place for dogs to swim to. Be sure to wash dogs after as there is poison ivy or oak on the island that could stick on dogs fur.
