Description

Hello! This is a fully fenced in private backyard. There is a locked gate that will be unlocked prior to your booking and locked after your booking for safety. You will be able to park on the road for easy access through the yard to the fence. In the yard is access to a kiddie pool and hose, please plan to bring towels. We have a fully covered sunroom with seating, trash can, pooper scooper, sun screen/bug spray, and water bowls. There is a fire pit and a large tree stump in the yard to be aware of. We have two labs that will be kept inside during any booking for safety of both them and our guests.

We have one full acre fully fenced with 4' high goat/sheep woven wire fencing. About 1/3 of it is open grassy field and the other 2/3 is nice shady woods. We in the process of over seeding the field to make the grass more lush this spring. We have added a few surprises down in the woods to make it more fun for our guests and their fur babies.
