🐶🐾🎾 🌳 Welcome! We have 2.9 fully fenced acres in Wadsworth Township. ☀️Holidays are OPEN for bookings! 💦 🎇 🌳 🇺🇸 🦃 🎃 🎅. We have a fully fenced front & back yard with gates to separate both! 🐾 The view is beautiful & backs up to acres of scenic land. 🌳🏡 The sunsets 🌅 from our back yard are second to none!! 🫶The inground pool 💦 is an “add on” feature at additional cost. See “extras” section if you wish to add the inground pool on during your visit. (Open seasonally). Otherwise Included in your visit are tennis balls, frisbees, throwers, Bubbles, 💩 bags, Pet First Aid Kit, Bug Spray, Sunscreen, kiddie pool, hose & water bowl for your use :)🐶🎾🏡❤️☀️ Also- we have a Half bathroom 🚽 & rest/snack nook inside back garage available via the side🚪 door you are welcome to during your visit. Large Herding Balls available for use located inside back garage. Please return them inside once finished playing. ⚽️. Use of flashlights, umbrella and paw towels inside the garage on the hutch as well. Help yourself!

HOST NOTE

During Spring/Rainy Season water/puddle/soft ground is normal in the far back of yard corners and along fencing lines as our downspouts drain there to naturally flow water. If your Pup should find those spots there is a hose you can use to wash their feet off along with Dog soap. 98% of our yard is dry/clear & rain water runs off nicely & naturally with the gradual slope of the land. But just want to make you aware incase your Pup can find a needle in a haystack like 2 of my 3 can! 😅🤪 Inground pool is in its own separated fenced area. Depth slopes down to 8 feet deep. Additional rules

Please try to arrive & leave as close to your designated time as possible. A few minutes early is fine but keep in mind we have 30 minutes max between guests on hot Summer days & all nice weekends year round. We get it’s sometimes inevitable to run a few minutes late trying to head out, especially if your Pup doesn’t want to leave (🥹💦🎾). For pool guests we like to go out between visits to check chemicals, tidy the space so it’s ready for our next guest but also we need to let our own 3 Pups out to potty between guests. Therefore if you’re 20 minutes early and the last guest is running 5–10 minutes late it doesn’t leave enough time & creates an overlap. We want to give each guest the absolute best experience from start to finish! Thank you for understanding. Please pickup 💩 after your Pups during your visit. Complimentary 💩 bags are provided at the welcome stand in the back yard & also at the pool area supply station. 🚩 If you add the pool 💦 to your visit please still park in the back dog park & once you are ready to swim please leash your Pup while walking into the pool area from the back yard. Our front gate remains open during your stay unless you request to a front yard sniff visit so once you leave the back yard dog park gate your Pup will need to be in your control to walk to the pool fenced area. 🚩

My name is Sarah - my husbands name is Brian - & we are the proud parents to 3 Furr boys- Biscuit, Buddy & Stubbs. 🐶🐶🐶 (We have 4 human kiddos too! Three of them are teenagers and a surprise baby who is now 5!) We moved to the “country” from the “city” a few years ago and it’s been a dream come true! We longed for privacy and space to enjoy being home with our family. So thankful we can share a small piece of comfort & enjoyment with more furry friends & their humans! ❤️🐶🙏💦🌳 ☀️ 🌅 🤗

There is a small cattle farm to one side, and is otherwise landlocked, aside from the 400 foot entrance. The trails are not professional, and the location offers a wilderness of fun. Stay on the trail, or don't. Let your dog go where it's nose leads! There is partial fencing on two sides. There is a small hill that provides perfect exercise for the active pups as well as flat area for the older pups. There is a large patio with chairs that overlook the yard for you to relax on while yours dogs are exploring the yard. I have dog toys, bubble machine, water bowl, hose, trash can, pooper scooper with bags for your convenience. Please message me with any questions. I have fall decorations set up on the patio so you can take cute seasonal photos of your pet. When the fall season will be in full swing I will also have a huge leaf pile for dogs to jump into. Any suggestions to make your stay even more enjoyable are appreciated.
