Heather's Fully Fenced Yard with Pool In Carlsbad

Bring your furry friend for play time to run around and play freely in this private back yard. Your dog will love to splash around and cool off in a running man made stream. A large green turf area for playing fetch and a hill to run up and down. Fully fenced in. Side gate to enter and leave. We have towels to dry off your buddy before getting in your car.

We are new to SniffSpot and excited to share our unique property with other dog owners. We live in South Escondido with views looking across the San Pasqual valley. The explorable land is around 2 acres but does include steep dirt hillsides as well as some flatter areas with dirt, wild vegetation, and mulch. The majority of the land is ungroomed. If you're comfortable walking up hills, you'll find more to explore past the trampoline. If you want flat space, we have a mulch road that runs the length of the property, along with the pulley system area. You can go anywhere except close to the house (see aerial photo for property lines). Do not go beyond the line of tall palm trees on the East side (on the left as you drive in) or above the fire road that loops above the house. You can access the fire road by heading up the hill just past the trampoline. We recommend closed-toe shoes due to the terrain. We are the last house down a country road (please drive slow around the tight turns), surrounded by a nature preserve and farmland. Our property is not fenced so we installed an overhead cable system with a 120 foot long bungee for dogs that can't play off-leash. This is located past the garage. Our yard is fully fenced with tons to sniff, beautiful views, and several seating areas to sit and watch your dogs roam. Water bowls, poop bags, tennis balls, ChuckIt, hand sanitizer, and poop scooper are provided by the entrances. ---- Due to several recent guests NOT reading our spot details or warnings, I'd like to reiterate that there are MANY foxtails and burs in the yard and dogs with long/curly coats should avoid booking. We do our best to set accurate expectations up front so you can make an informed decision on whether or not to book. Please look through our photos and read our spot details carefully before your first visit so you know what to expect and have a great time! ------- BOOKING: Members can book up to 2 weeks in advance. Non-members can book up to 7 days in advance. Sundays are usually blocked off for yard work and personal use. -------- You'll receive an automated welcome message with directions, helpful tips, etc 2 hours before your booking starts.

We grow organic Hass Avocados on a 20-acre fully fenced farm. When you book our Sniffspot, you’re really booking the whole 20 acres to yourself so your dog can have the pleasure of running, exploring & adventuring off leash without worry of running into other humans or other dogs. Do you love hiking or walking your pup in a natural setting with loads of smells and places to explore?! Then you’ll love our yard- with extra big boulders for the whole family to enjoy climbing or places to rest and listen to the sounds of nature. A few “heads up” about our spot: - the path to get to backyard is a bit steep. 👟Perhaps plan to wear appropriate footwear🙃 -like most places in San Diego there’s a possibility of 🐍 - the fencing on bottom right of yard is a different material, but still secure without any ways for pups to get out, but it can at times shift with weather and may be more possibilities for a pup to go under (I try and check often)🌿 - on the bottom left of the yard their are fire stick succulents🌱 on my neighbors property-the sap of these plants are toxic, so best to stay away! -lastly, if you are planning to come on a weekend morning- our neighbors typically play pickle ball at this time which can be a bit noisy and a distraction to some pups- they’re usually done by 11am. Come visit our unique, peaceful yard in the canyon located in easy-to-access central San Diego, just up the hill from Snapdragon Stadium in Mission Valley. Dogs love to run up and down the dirt slope to chase balls and get their energy out. The slope leads to our flat, lower dirt yard which is perfect for your dogs to run free and play! The yard is fully-fenced in and secure around the entire perimeter with plenty of tennis balls to play fetch, toys, water bowls, and a cot if they need a rest. We also have a play structure and in-ground trampoline for the kids and young-at-heart. :) You will not encounter any other dogs on the other side of the fence as the yard is adjacent to the canyon on 2 sides and senior neighbors to the right who NEVER use their yard. This is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking and private access through a side gate to our back yard.
