What to Expect / Rules • 🐾 Supervision Required – Please keep an eye on your pup(s) at all times. • 💦 Swimming – Dogs are welcome to enjoy the pond! Bring a towel if your pup likes to swim. • 🧹 Clean Up – Kindly pick up after your dog(s) to keep the yard safe and clean. • 🔒 Fenced Safety – Gates must be properly closed when entering and leaving. A combination of vinyl privacy fencing and chain link fencing in non-privacy areas. The perimeter is checked regularly for gaps. Please note that visibility is limited if your dog explores the wooded area, so supervision is recommended. • 🚫 No Aggressive Dogs – Only bring friendly dogs who enjoy new environments. • 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Guests – Humans are welcome; children must be supervised near the pond and dock. • 🕒 Respect Booking Times – Please arrive and leave during your reserved time.
