Welcome to Pondview Paws — a fully fenced, 2-acre backyard designed for off-leash fun and relaxation. Features include: • 🐾 Large Open Yard – Plenty of room for running, fetch, and playtime • 🌲 Wooded Area – Shady spots for exploring and sniffing. Burrs are present throughout the wooded area and may require grooming or brushing if your dog ventures there. • 💦 ½ Acre Pond with Dock – Perfect for swimming or lounging by the water • 🔒 Fully Fenced – Safe, secure, and worry-free play This was our dog’s favorite place in the world — now it’s ready for your pup to make their own happy memories! What to Expect / Rules • 🐾 Supervision Required – Please keep an eye on your pup(s) at all times. • 💦 Swimming – Dogs are welcome to enjoy the pond! Bring a towel if your pup likes to swim. • 🧹 Clean Up – Kindly pick up after your dog(s) to keep the yard safe and clean. • 🔒 Fenced Safety – Gates must be properly closed when entering and leaving. A combination of vinyl privacy fencing and chain link fencing in non-privacy areas. The perimeter is checked regularly for gaps. Please note that visibility is limited if your dog explores the wooded area, so supervision is recommended. • 🚫 No Aggressive Dogs – Only bring friendly dogs who enjoy new environments. • 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Guests – Humans are welcome; children must be supervised near the pond and dock. • 🕒 Respect Booking Times – Please arrive and leave during your reserved time. Tips for a Great Visit • 🎾 Fetch Time – Enjoy the large open yard with our ball launcher for endless games of fetch. • 🌲 Adventure Walks – Let your pup explore the shaded wooded area for sniffing fun. • 💦 Pond Play – Splash and swim in the ½ acre pond, or relax on the dock. Water toys are provided for extra fun! • 🐕 Off-Leash Freedom – With 2 acres fully fenced, your pup can safely run and explore to their heart’s content. • 🪑 Human Relaxation – Chairs are available, so you can comfortably enjoy the space while your dog plays in this peaceful, private setting.
