Burrs are present throughout the wooded area and may require grooming or brushing if your dog ventures there. • 💦 ½ Acre Pond with Dock – Perfect for swimming or lounging by the water • 🔒 Fully Fenced – Safe, secure, and worry-free play This was our dog’s favorite place in the world — now it’s ready for your pup to make their own happy memories! What to Expect / Rules • 🐾 Supervision Required – Please keep an eye on your pup(s) at all times. • 💦 Swimming – Dogs are welcome to enjoy the pond! Bring a towel if your pup likes to swim. • 🧹 Clean Up – Kindly pick up after your dog(s) to keep the yard safe and clean. • 🔒 Fenced Safety – Gates must be properly closed when entering and leaving.
