Our backyard includes a beautiful pool with steps, pool chairs, umbrellas, turf surrounded by rocks, a grapefruit tree, lawn games, putting green, hose, covered patio with table and chairs. We’ve hosted many dogs at this rental property and they love it!

Whether your dog needs to run or just have some fun doing simple agility practise, you will love this space. You humans can either sit outside on comfortable chairs and toss a ball or under the shady patio, sipping on a cold beverage while letting your dog comfortably run and play. This spot also has great night lighting should you want to come after work! I only allow dogs that have been fully vaccinated please- and may ask for verification beforehand.

🌴 Come play and relax in our secure yard and pool. We are dog lovers and would love to share our backyard oasis with you and your fur babies. 🌿 Natural grassy area for pups to play, sniff around or toss a ball! 💦 Swimming Pool for your pups to swim and splash in! We provide hand towels for drying them off. Pool is not heated so temperature ranges between 65 to 85 degrees depending on time of year. 💦 Pool has a Baja shelf (large step) so you can ease your dog in if they are new to swimming. Feel free to swim with your pups. 2 guests swim free per reservation. (Please see Extras for additional swimmers). ⛱️ There are shade umbrellas, lounges and chairs by the pool for you to relax in while your pups play and swim. ☀️ There is a covered porch with chairs and table for sitting or space for doggie events. 🎉 🗑️ Poop bags and trash can are provided. 🎾 There are some doggie toys on the table for your pups to play with. 💦 Freshly sanitized water bowl provided at every visit as well as a water hose. 🚗 Easy parking and access 🐾 Closed Tuesdays for pool and yard maintenance. 😊 We welcome you and look forward to sharing our private backyard retreat for you and your precious pups! Toby was our beloved rescue that brought much joy to our family for 11 years. He loved playing in the yard! It makes us happy to see other dogs enjoying Toby’s former stomping grounds! Please come enjoy our large, natural grass, and fully-fenced yard. Our home is easy to locate and has lots of easy parking, too.

We have a 5ft deep gated pool with two stair entrances on each side. Lots of cooling water to throw the ball and have some awesome splashdowns into the water! Seating, tables , umbrellas and a shaded hammock all within pool area. Bluetooth speakers available for your music. Umbrella is movable if needed to shade In pool area. Two turf areas. Large corner area for digging or mud running. Plenty of space for throwing the ball or slinging a frisbee. Dog wash area provided with wash brush and Dog shampoo for no charge. Table with chairs under Ramada Provided. Ice chest with bottled water. Disposable water bowl & water provided for each individual dog. Does life feel “ruff” sometimes? Maybe it’s time to run free in an enclosed private backyard with lots of grass. Or are you looking to “make your mark” in this world? Or perhaps you just want to “paws” and relax in the shade. If so, then Shaggy’s Shack Sniffspot is for you....and your awesome human, too! Shaggy’s Shack in Tempe has lots of grass for running, chasing balls, and doing the zoomies! It’s fully enclosed with a 5 to 6-foot block wall and more than 25 trees and bushes to explore. You can play fetch with tons of toys and there’s a designated digging spot, too. Or maybe you just want to cool off in a diving pool that’s professionally cleaned every Wednesday–even during Tempe’s cold months. Oh, and Shaggy’s Shack also has features shaded chairs for your human to relax as they watch you explore, play fetch, swim, and have a pawsitively good time. Shaggy’s Shack’s residents (and their humans) will be home but out of sight. The entire lot is just shy of a half-acre, and it’s conveniently located in Tempe. Many dogs live in the area, they may bark in greeting when they hear you. We offer many pawsome amenities at Shaggy’s Shack, including bags and a trash can for your nature calls and a disposable water dish with lots of fresh water (and water for your human, too). Clean towels for drying off after you’ve doggie-paddled in the pool are also provided. Of course, use of the pool is at your and your human’s own risk. The pool is chlorinated and not heated in the winter months. Your human may use the pool to get a closer look at your pawsome doggie paddling technique. While we provide towels for you, we ask that your human brings their own towels. There is no fence or gate around the pool, and we strongly encourage you to bring your own doggie life vest if you do decide to get your paws wet. Discounts are available for multiple dogs. Visit times can be extended if there is availability. Respecting Sniffspot’s 30-minute transition time between visit times is very important. So that no one gets hurt or gets into something that could be dangerous, glass, alcohol and smoking are prohibited. Since Shaggy’s Shack Sniffspot is for dogs, please be mindful of your doggie to human ratio; kids are welcome but must be 100% supervised, especially around the ungated, unfenced pool. Our goal is to make your time at Shaggy’s Shack loads of fun for you and your human so you’ll come back again and again. Dog enrichment games available, as an add on, with homemade liver treats (oats, eggs, chicken liver). The zone is a great setting for the find it game. Water for dogs and poop bags available. There is a sitting area and the zone is lit up at night.
