Location

Description

Entrance to the acre is the dirt field road just South of the residence. Give me a quick call when you arrive so I can guide you - at a distance - to the back acre. My chicken coop 馃悿is inside the acre and will be securely locked during your visit. We do have a handful of outdoor cats,馃悎 who help keep the mice馃悂 in check, and they pretty much know to clear out of the field when dogs are visiting! This acre is grassy with wildflowers馃尰 in the spring/winter, and dry and brown in the summer/fall馃彍. We have an automatic water spicket for the pups, and there will be several chairs, small table w/umbrella provided under the pine trees for the grownups! Bring drinks, snacks and enjoy! Come Early in the SUMMER as there is shade under the pine trees 馃尣up until around 11 a.m. We are up before 7 a.m., so any time early is fine! 馃寗 Please bring your own doggie poop bags! Gather all poop, tie bag, and place it in the waste bin at Sniffspot entrance.

Hazards

Our Alaskan Malamute and Siberian Husky also love running in this acre, and they love to dig! Just be cautious of any holes. May be foxtails at edges of some fencing.

Super great dog area! Took all 3 of my Shepard/ Dobermans and they loved it! Definitely will be coming back!

This morning I took my two dogs to our first ever Sniffspot location. We went to Cherry Valley Acres Dog Run and the dogs had a blast. The fenced acre was clean, open, and fully fenced. My dogs saw goats and horses in adjacent properties and chickens in their coop in the dog run. Sherry guided us in to a secure area beside the dog run and we checked out with her to say we had a great time and will likely visit again soon. Enjoy the fresh air and quality environment in Cherry Valley.

Host replied: It was wonderful hosting you and your adorable pups! We look forward to your return visit馃グ馃悤馃悤

Sheryn was very nice and helpful. Chairs and shade provided. Nice size area for our two dogs to sniff, run and play fetch. We'll be back when there's a bit more green on the ground!

Host replied: Glad everything went well during your visit. As I mentioned and as is indicated in my listing and photos, it is dry in the summer (as all of CA has been in a years-long devastating drought) and green in the winter so we look forward to your winter visit when the rains come(hopefully) and all greens up!

We had a wonderful time today at Cherry Valley sniffspot. This was our 4th time here. Our grandpuppy loves it here. She gets excited now when we turn onto the street it is on. As soon as she gets inside the gate and I let her off of the leash, she runs across to the other side. Having 1 acre to run around is great! There are so many smells, sounds, and sites for her. She loves looking at the chickens, hearing the roosters and goats. There are fun toys to play fetch with. Great day!

Host replied: Wonderful, we always love having you visit! See you next time!馃悤馃グ

We took our grand puppy, Rain to Cherry Valley Acres. It was a great adventure for her and us. There was an acre fully fenced in for her to explore and run around. She loved it. Rain enjoyed watching the chickens in their coop and the goats behind a fence. We threw the ball for her and she would run and catch it. She enjoyed her new freedom. There was a nice shade tree with chairs for my disabled husband to sit at. We enjoyed this adventure as much as Rain did. The instructions and directions were very thorough and complete. A very enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back.

We took our German Shepherd pup so she could run freely. We played fetch and even enjoyed some family time playing tag and racing while our pup ran with us. There鈥檚 a nice shaded area with a table and chairs where we enjoyed some snacks and Gatorades and our Pup Jules took breaks from all of the running. Definitely a nice family friendly area for your furry babies to have some fun.

Wonderful experience, our pup enjoyed the experience as did we. Sherry was wonderful. So kind. Our pup and we got to see chickens , goats, and horses from the neighbors, what a treat! The shade was heavenly even on a warm day it was a very comfortable morning. Fresh water was provided for our pup. Everything was perfect!

We have a 5-acre property in Cherry Valley. One of the fenced acres is used for our dogs to play in. We would like to share this space with you and your pet(s) during your private, scheduled run/play time! The field will be all yours during your visit.
