We are truly interested in just providing a safe and fun place for pups to roam and explore without having to worry about other pups at the same time. We have never raised our prices and never will. With a fully fenced area for your fur babies (big and small) to run and explore. While pup parents can sit and relax, walk around the grounds, take a hike on our small backtrail, or swing, it is perfect for pups, adults, and children to enjoy (especially during the summer and snowy months). If your fur baby needs water after so much excitement and play, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible throughout the property), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We take pride in giving our fur visitors the best possible experience, along with keeping their human parents in mind. We set out some extras for not only the pups, but also the humans, without any extra charge. Our goal is to make you feel welcomed as soon as you reserve your Sniffspot time and before walking onto our property. ❤️ It's a little piece of heaven that we enjoy daily and decided to open it up to our community. We also have our very own yard guardian, that we named BLUE (featured in our main property photo). He protects the rest of the small birds such as the finches and blue jay's from the crows and hawks. ****please read before booking*** The dry early heat this year has killed our grass already. We do have foxtails on the property now that it has dried up and to be transparent. Small dogs may not be able to enjoy the park during these hotter months. Thank you! Welcome to my family's ranch. We are a family of animal lovers and want to share our large lot with other pups and their families. Over an acre lot fully fenced and in private area. Your pups will have the entire area to run around and enjoy the California climate. As a bonus you will get to see the amazing views and fresh air. UPDATE 4/8/28 Due to the unusually early heat this year, our grass has dried up much sooner than expected. In a typical year, we would still have green grass for a few more months. We will continue to maintain and regularly cut the grass to keep the space safe and enjoyable for your dogs. Because of the size of the land, watering it would require us to charge an unrealistic price, so we’ve chosen to keep our rates fair and affordable instead. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to provide a great space for your pups! We have posted a photo with barely any green left so you can know what to expect.

Please see pics for details Rainy day update, Feb 18, 2026** The SniffSpot is sooo beautiful right now!!! The ground is definitely wet, but not muddy. There may be puddle present where water collects when you arrive that could create mud depending on how much fun they have with it. If they avoid it, no mud at all. Please see pictures. We've added some more tire fun and rearranged the tree stumps... see how many puppy feet you can find!! **UPDATE 11/24/24** We have added a wash/wipe down station for those muddy paws! Plus some doggie cushions for your pup to have a soft spot to relax :). We've also added some additional seating on the opposite end so you can enjoy the yard from a different angle! Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! Fully fenced (chain link, great condition), kiddie pool, waste station, dog toys, dog treats, shade trees, covered patio with chairs, no neighbor dogs on 3 sides of property, only one old very well mannered Great Pyrenees on one side, he is friendly and wont charge the fence etc. Please be aware of rattlesnakes (none seen on property but they are out with the heat in this area!)
