There is a non-visible gap in my fence, but no dogs have tried to escape or have tried to fit through the hole. A very tiny dog is possible to fit through a hole under the gate. But I have not seen anyone escape.

Working on getting the grass cut very soon and maybe adding some more amenities in the future. One large dog at a time or two small dogs would be perfect for this yard.

I have a hose and I will try to provide a water bowl, but you may need to bring your own. You’re welcome to the hose outside. As I’ve said, I’m working on getting the grass cut and making a better looking outdoor area. I have a lock on the fence at all times and will need to unlock it for you before your visit. I also have a cat that I will keep in the house and there are other cats outside the home that are not mine but are strays in case your dog is not cat friendly..But they only come around usually morning and night.

My dog Marlowe passed away the Sunday before Thanksgiving and Christmas Day would’ve been her birthday. She died of a cancer called Hemangiosarcoma . Fine one minute and gone the next. She would’ve been 10. I’ve never been married. I’ve never had kids and she was my child. I have a very tiny house. that I’ve lived in for 29 years. I have this backyard that’s not being used and now I’m a cat mom. Not that she would want me to have another pet, because she was jealous and protective of me but I would love for some other dog or dogs to enjoy her space in her name. I’m trying to figure out some other things I can add to the space eventually. I plan to name it Marlowe’s Retreat in her honor and focus on something positive. Right now I’m unemployed and without my dog so that’s been really hard to stay positive. I have a Pet sitting service of 15 years going on 16 that is doing pretty well and I’ve been a Professional Nanny going on 31 years. I am an 80s lady. That enjoys all the South Carolina beaches and the Gulf of Florida and so did Marlowe. We also traveled to Damascus and Abingdon Virginia in the winter. I really hope to focus on this and make it a nice area for you and your dog and maybe add a little Summer to it. Our space is tiny, but there was a lot of love in this home. We would like to extend it to your pet.

I have a large backyard that my border collie loves to run around in. Fully fenced. The back end of my yard faces a big lot. One neighbor has a dog that is sometimes out and the dogs will race back-and-forth along the fence line. My dog is not outside dog so I am generally outside with him whenever he’s outside and I sit on the back porch. You can park on the street in front of my house. You would enter the backyard on the left side through the gate. I do not keep it locked, but I do put the carabiner through it so Smart dogs cannot lift up the latch. You are welcome to put your poop bags in my trashcan right there by the entrance to the backyard. Sometimes, if the dogs are lucky, they will be able to chase the bunny or squirrel. They definitely will have birds that they can chase around.
