Description

The one plus acre field is the area where the dogs would play/run, there are also woods they can go into, they also have access to a pond about 3/4 acre, but this would need to be discussed at first visit so you take a look and see if it is acceptable. If you are in the pond area, please do not go on the side where the house is situated, this is a private area, stay on the opposite side. The whole area is fenced. Five acres in total. We do have five dogs, but they would be in the house when you are visiting with your dogs, you may hear them bark, but would not see them, a separate entrance to the field is available. No traffic near by.

Just love dogs. We are offering a place where your fur children can have a run and play in the open space. We have five fully fenced acres. The part we are offering for your dogs to play and run is in the field, where you would walk into through some trees. There is also a pond, if you dog likes to swim that can also be accessed, just let me know in advance and I would meet you to show you where to walk to. Just bring your dogs so they can have fun.

Alisha's 1/2 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park with Pool In Matthews

Fully Fenced

0.5 acres

Located in a cul de sac in the Brightmoor neighborhood, we have about a half an acre fully fenced backyard with a large deep swimming pool! Separate entrance to the backyard to the right of the house. Plenty of parking in the drive way. Shaded lot, places to dig, run, and play while your humans relax by the pool or in the screened in porch with plenty of seating. Come share our backyard, we love it! Pool activities are primarily for pups. Humans can get in the pool for safety and support IF needed, but your pup(s) should be your sole focus. The pool is not for human swimming unless you pay an extra fee of $10 per person per hour (assisting pup or for enjoyment). Must be at least 12 years of age and can swim for pool use. Thank you. (7’ deep by 4.5’ deep chlorinated pool 20’x40’ in size with 37,500 gallons!) *If you are looking to book a pool gathering/party you can find our listing under Swimply.com. https://swimply.com/pooldetails/95213?utm_source=pdp_share_button&utm_medium=app&utm_campaign=95213

The pasture was originally used for goats so there are lots of interesting smells. Picnic table and outdoor furniture for humans or dogs underneath shade trees. Climbing structure. Trash and dog bags available. Entrance is 80 yards away from residence. Minutes from 485/Lawyers Rd - easy to find, easy to get to!
