We’d love to welcome you and your pets to enjoy our land, as much as we do! This, very private, isolated mountain property is as much for you as it is for your pets! Bird watchers, nature lovers, rockhounds, mushroom hunters or just needing a break from the rat race. Great for couples wanting alone time with their dogs, or solo hikes without worry about other people and dogs. Planning a trip to Helen? Book time here before you leave! Shake off the crowds and hustle with a good long hike in total isolation. Your pups will be dog tired for your trip back home! It’s all yours while we’re away! Cell reception is remarkably good throughout most of the property. We’re always a call away if any questions or concerns come up.

There is a security gate at the entrance of our property. There are 9 other lot owners who share this gate. Please have my number handy for instructions to enter. We will do our best to be a call away with any questions or concerns. As we may not be in town during your visit. It’ll be all yours during your time.

Welcome to Murphy's Backyard! This fenced-in yard, located on a hill, is a perfect place for your dog to play. Although the space is currently minimalistic, we have plans to add new features soon. I operate a small pet sitting business from my home, and I am usually available, but I'll respect your privacy during your visit. Please note that the dogs staying with us may bark when they hear you outside, but they will not be allowed out during your visit. You can access the backyard through gates located on either side of the house, as shown in the photos.
