Overall, it was a nice yard and the instructions were clear. This spot does have dogs next door through a wire fence so the dogs can be seen and heard if the neighbor lets them out. Unfortunately, the neighbor left his dogs out my entire visit and I have one dog that is not friendly with stranger dogs so he was not able to go off leash until the last 3 minutes. However, if your dogs are ok with other dogs this is a nice spot.

Great place for both the dogs and humans to enjoy! My dog and her friend loved sniffing all around the yard, playing with the toys provided, and climbing on the playground equipment. Bree was very communicative and hospitable, and it was so nice that she put chairs and snacks out for my friend and I, as well as water and treats for the dogs. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

Pond in the Pines in Columbia

Our space is roughly 2 fenced-in acres surrounding a 1-acre surface area pond. This pond is between 1 - 7 feet deep in some places so dogs love swimming and running around. The pond is safe for pups to swim in and drink from! Must be 18 or older to enter the property! We DO have chickens and ducks on the property, but they will be fenced in a separate area during any visits. Please know that we are a very new Sniffspot! We are always working on making things better. Please let us know if you need anything! Parking is on grass, not on concrete. Parking is between the fence and the bush. This spot is not handicap accessible due to the terrain. Please note we DO HAVE A CAMERA in our field for wildlife protection. This camera auto-tracks movement.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
