Description

5+ acres property with the front being gated and fenced with 5 feet pole and cattle mesh built less than 1 year! My property has pond that dogs are welcome to jump in! Feel free to use the hose by the pool or by the garage to clean off your pups! There are plenty of woods near the edge of the property for your dogs to run 🐾 if you’re lucky, you might also see fireflies around dusk! It gets dark out in the back you can choose to light up a bonfire! Hope you and your fur babies enjoy your time here! ***the settings for booking is set to 12 hr notice. Feel free to message prior to booking if you want something closer. The spot can be opened if we are free. Use the bridge at your own risk! This property is out in the country so expect some common critters seen in the woods! Wear closed toe shoes for your own safety! During raining season, there may be areas with some pot holes! Bug spray can be provided just ask ahead!

The pond water is safe for dogs! My dogs go down everyday and drink from it ( they have all vaccines up to date) with current season, there’s a thin layer of pollen on the water 🥴 we have hoses to rinse your fur babies after water play!!

We had such a great time at this Sniffspot! The property is beautiful and there was plenty of space to play fetch and run around. My dog absolutely loved taking a dip in the pond to cool off after a round of play. The property was also a good place to practice recall. This is now our favorite Sniffspot and we plan to return soon!

What a beautiful, peaceful spot! Clean, secure, lots to explore but not so big that you can’t keep an eye on your pup. Owner was very communicative and responsive. Well worth the slightly higher-than-average fee!

My 2 Borzoi had a blast being swamp monsters, squirrel hunters and general hooligans 😂. We will definately be back. The property is perfect for those high energy, curious types. Lots of room to roam, run and swim. Maybe I'll have a dock diver in the future!

Awesome spot to visit! I brought my dog here and he had a BLAST!!! The area is clean, well enclosed, and has a gorgeous pond for dogs to take a dip in. There is a lot of shade with big trees on the property. The owner is very kind and accommodating! Would recommend to anyone who wants a large space to let their dog explore safely!

We are a couple with 2 fur babies! Blue is a 5 year old husky and axel is a 4 year old Belgian mal mix! They are super active and living their best lives on our 10 acre property!! We are excited for your pups to enjoy it as well🐾🐾🐾

Carmopal's front yard In Conroe

Carmopals front yard is a safe clean semi shaded private spot to play with your dog. I have several jumps and weave poles. There are three lights that you may manually turn on. There is mosquito repellent and poop bags in the brown box. There are dogs in the house so you may hear barking but no dogs along the fence line. Please enjoy and treat respectfully. I also have a pond at the bottom of the property. Every time I let my dogs out into the pasture, they act like its the first time and run around sniffing. Can't wait to share with all of you.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
