Perfect for reactive dogs & dogs that just need a place to run! Quiet street with easy off street parking & a gate leading into the 6 ft fence all around yard so it's completely private from all neighbors and other dogs, even the ones inside the house! There's dog toys, balls and frisbees, fresh water for the dogs & bottles of water for humans! We have a comfy couch* and a large dining table with chairs and an umbrella for shade. Also a hammock* and lounge chairs as well! See extras for patio heater in the winter & ball pit and pool for the summer*! *Pool, couch and hammock seasonal- when it starts getting rainy and snowy in the fall we put it away until spring.

Very clean grass bed.every grass is cut.lush green pets can run & play around.

Fully fenced in and secure. There are neighboring dogs out throughout the day. My pets will be kept indoors. My hose (on the side of the house) and trash bin (in back yard) is available for use. I normally do not greet visitors unless arrangements are made ahead of time.

**Please note: Due to the time of the year and the rain, there are parts that are muddy. Towels and dog wipes are provided.** Our backyard provides a safe, secure, stress-free area for you and your dog to enjoy! Many years of volunteering and fostering homeless dogs of Philadelphia, I understand every pup has their own story and I respect that. Well maintained, fully fenced, hedge and tree lined, side yard and backyard. Please pick up after your pet. There is a green garbage can you can use for waste, outside the side gate (the side where the a/c is.) Thank you.

We have water bowls, a kiddie pool, a hose, and toys for them to play with! There are lounge chairs for humans to enjoy as well. Plenty of shade under our 2 large trees. We lived in an apartment with our rescue dog for years, so are excited to be able to offer a safe and enjoyable place for your pups to run free!

Individually Packaged Dog Treats, Sanitized Dog Bowl and Sanitized Dog Toys available for use. Many areas for your dog to run and explore. 1/4 acre of fenced in backyard. Now lit at night for the soon to be early nights. Includes a lovely seating area for humans and plenty of space for dogs to play. There are outdoor lights and a fan controlled by Alexa under the gazebo. Simply ask Alexa to “turn on patio lights” or “turn on patio fan” or “turn on backyard lights”. Please also ask her to turn them off when you leave. If Alexa is not working for any reason there is a manual white button on the upper left hand post (left of fireplace) that will turn both lights and fan on. You can also ask Alexa to play music or you can also request a local radio station. On really hot days, I will setup the sprinkler for your dog if they enjoy it. There is a faucet near the table, let it run for a few seconds into the bucket to get colder and give your pup a drink. WiFi password: I Love My Dog

Conveniently located right off 611, a great place to come and exercise your dog! The yard is 130 feet long by 90 feet wide. We will provide wifi (reaches throughout yard) by request! Also you do NOT need to pick up after your dog, but also MUST be okay when you see some droppings from ours or other sniff spot doggies! We leave water and tennis balls / frisbee out in back screened in patio. You may also use the human bathroom inside if we are home, just message. We also have a portable chair you can take into the yard. Oh and we do biweekly yard treatment for mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas! One warning: the wooden fence is old, if your dog is a digger or an escape artist, you might consider a dragger leash so you can correct if they are trying to get out. We also don’t recommend for dogs under 20 lbs due to how big the yard is, we lose our own small dog sometimes because he finds hiding spots! Plus there are some boards missing in the back fence, so small dogs could jump through though we do have wiring / stone to prevent this. Please note: we also have our basement dog wash sink listed on Sniff spot. Great for when you want to come run your dog, let them get a little muddy, then come on in to give them a bath. Happy to provide a link to that spot, it’s $20 per hour. We love dogs, foster dogs, have dogs, have a dog themed room — they are our world. We’d love to see you and your dog(s) enjoying our yard!!
