I have been volunteering and fostering dogs from the city of Philadelphia for over 9 years in my home and worked for an adoption center as an adoption counselor for a high intake shelter for two years. I have worked with many different types and sizes of dogs. I understand every dog has their own story, I respect that and they are all special.
