Hi! I would love for your dog to have a fun spot to have fun and sniff all the new smells! There is only a small gap on the gate entry where I have a cement block. It’s not a big gap I just put it there for extra precaution to make sure no dogs have the chance bust through the gate. I have big dogs and they have plenty of room to run and play fetch! They love to go to the woodsy area near the back to get that forest feeling.

fenced 5', with 5 farm gates. the farm gates are 4 foot mesh with a 1 foot bar across the top. agility jumps, weavepoles as well as some hoopers on site. dog potty waste stations with bags & Portapotty (for humans!) on site. Water spigot available. Blue mailbox, driveway to sniff spot location is looooong! go to end of driveway, past house & garage towards a big white building. Field is across from that building. lots of parking available. NOTE: please check all 5 gates before allowing your dog off leash in the field to make sure no-one else left one open.

Neighbor has a dog but he is rarely out as the owner is a police k9 officer and both of them are gone most of the time. There is access to water and bowls for your 4 legged babies and chairs are provided for the human companion. Private access thru a side gate! We do not have pets of our own so there is no need to worry about anything happening on our property!

One of the favorite features of the yard is the large flowering azalea hedge, which blooms beautifully in the spring and creates a colorful garden backdrop. The property also includes fruit trees and natural green space that give it a relaxed, country feel while still being easy to access. This property is part of a small personal project I’m slowly building called The Wild Tide, centered around nature, community, and slow gatherings. For now, it simply means the land is cared for with intention and shared with others who appreciate peaceful outdoor spaces. Whether you’re traveling through the area or just looking for a safe place for your dog to stretch their legs, we’re happy to share our yard with fellow dog lovers. You can have use of fully fenced area, including sitting on covered porch and using the dog waste bags provided.
