Small acreage homestead in a rural pocket of Denton County, just seconds from stores and shopping. Here you will find large oak trees, grassy fields, swimming pool, swing set, and even horses to admire or befriend across the fence. My dogs love it here and I know yours will too!

Dogs will appreciate being able to stretch their legs in the open area and get stimulation exploring all the smells in the wooded areas.

We are so happy to get to share our yard with fellow dog owners! We have two Australian Shepherds (that will be put up when you come visit) that have a hard time socializing with other pets, so we understand the desire to want a private space to get that doggy energy OUT!! Waterfront yard on Lake Lewisville, features large green spaces, direct access to the lake, and nearby trails. Dogs adore all the sights and smells in this area, while owners can relax and enjoy the view. Here's to more joy, adventure, and tail-wagging memories!

Dogs can swim and access pool and spa from a variety of steps and ledges. Each reservation has one support human in the pool, regardless to the number of dogs. Additional humans can be added as an “extra” in the booking process. There is shaded grass and wood chip areas.

Togo and Mei have you all set for a fun day in the sun with their private pool. Relax in our lounge chairs while your pup splashes to their hearts content. For pups who may be fearful of the pool we have a small kiddie pool available and a hose. Fully fenced in backyard with 6 foot board on board privacy fence. Patio has comfortable seating and small tables.

Please note: 1) The pond is slowly refilling with the recent rains, but it's still low. 2) There are low-lying areas of standing water and lots of mud after it rains here, and it's very difficult to scoop wet horse manure up in the pasture. 3) Starting and closing times are changing due to the shorter days. It takes a significant amount of time to clear the pasture and paddock of horse manure prior to visits, and to pen our outdoor animals up at bedtime. Those tasks can only be managed with sufficient daylight ** You and your furry family members can enjoy a peaceful, large, open paddock, and 1 acre pasture with shade trees, a pond, and fresh water for pups. There is SO much to see and smell at RichKat Ranch! Please note that the North and East pasture fences are wrought iron with spacing that could allow a puppy/small dog to pass through (toy breeds or those such as Chihuahuas, Yorkshire Terriers, etc).
