Description

Our backyard to our basement dwelling and air BNB upstairs, if this turns out well I'll be using the proceeds to buy more stuff for our pooches. When we are home the bathroom is available for use and I'm working on a guest information binder for wifi and the like. Obviously this is a back yard and is outfitted with a security camera to keep our bikes and gardening tools safe even before this endeavor. Thieves or people misusing the area or amenities will be charged accordingly and or reported to the local authorities. If we are home my 4 year old Pitski Ghost would be happy to play with your puppies.

There is a large tree on the south side offering shade during summer months. We have a basket with some toys available for you to use during your visit. All toys and water bowls are cleaned between visitors to reduce transmission of disease. If you have any questions or special requests, just ask! Just sharing the love of providing an easy, quiet place for dogs in the Denver community. Great area to get work done while your dog explores. Convenient location. Double lot, lots of grass, great training/play area. Leaf piles in fall, 🍂, snow in winter ❄️. I clean/disinfect bowls/provide fresh water. fire pit/sitting area/blankets/drinks for humans. Motorized pergola opens/shuts for weather. Borrow a blanket on the couch if needed during your visit. My resident dog: med tricolor mix, friendly, quiet/sticks close to me or sleeps in the house. You won't hear or see her. Very secure yard. I close curtains/lock all doors/dog door. *Neighbors are very quiet. On occasion they do host people to watch football/hockey outdoors in their yard, but not all the time. Feel free to message me to confirm. 🪧 🅿️ Read street sweeping signs. Don't park in front April to November. 2nd Tues/month.

Please do not park in the driveway or block the driveway for any reason. When you walk up, there is a sidewalk on the left side of the garage that leads to the backyard/sniff spot! The fence is kind of old, so there is a bungee cord to help it stay shut. We have one neighbor dog on each side that are sometimes outside. This spot may be best for small to medium dogs, but all dogs are welcome. There is a patio table with chairs and small trash can available with poop bags nearby.
