Description

2 acres of mowed manicured yard. Fully fenced around all four corners. Large wooded oak area behind also fenced with an additional 4 acres. Single house on property and no neighbors in site. Safe location for dogs of all sizes that need to run and play with no reason to be confined. Located adjacent to a winery that will make the puppy parents happy too. Come for an hour or multiple hours and you will leave with a happy sleepy puppy!

Jeanne was nice. It seems like she was not getting notification when we were booking and create confusion. But she and her family was super friendly and letting us to play, even though they had a party event. Chevy enjoyed it. I recommend message to Jeanne prior to go to make sure it works for her.

I’m sure it is lovely, but it wasn’t clearly marked and none of the houses in the area matched the address provided on the app. After messaging the host and not hearing anything back (most houses had no trespassing signs so I didn’t want to pull into the wrong place), we never got the chance to enjoy the spot. The area was beautiful though..

Marvin's 4 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Bradenton

We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. All pastures have access to drinking water and kiddie pools + balls and frisbees. Plenty of umbrellas and lean-to’s for shade!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
	Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
	Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
