I say Partially Fenced because the walking trail only has a partial fence due to a small section that is a city creek i cant fent that small section but its very open safe and free range for Dog training or behavior practice. This oasis is the perfect retreat for visitors from out of town and local’s who are unable to provide their fur baby with a place to run and play. $20/dog/hour for yard usage and $50/dog/hour with pool access. Oak & Pond 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard in Parrish

** Closed for additional bookings May 8th through May 14th for pond work and electrical work ** This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). However, we don't allow fishing for the safety of the pets (hooks, etc.). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available. Pool/lanai use available as an extra. Out of respect for our neighbors and for the property, we have decided to only host dog visits or dog birthday parties with 5 humans or less in attendance. If you are bringing more than one vehicle please let us know. We want the property to be more of a peaceful, low key place to visit. 💧 Amenities * Two hoses for bathing. * Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. Bring your own towels. :) * Pool and lanai access - as an extra upon request. * Restroom access * Seating for guests throughout the property * Easy parking (grass or driveway) * Quiet, natural environment We are so happy to offer our yard to other dog lovers. I hope you enjoy the property as much as we do! **************************************** Other Info: The yard is treated regularly for fire ants by a professional fire ant company. It is rare to find fire ants on the property. Depending on the time of year, the water level and number of Lilly pads (and other vegetation) in the pond changes. The pond water is lowest December-February. A pond filtration system was installed in Feb 2026. The filtration system helps kill harmful bacteria/algae and keeps the pond healthier. Algae blooms are still possible in any pond. We monitor the pond closely for the safety of our pets and yours. Water is tested monthly.

Little Paws Park

5200 sf of turf area with play / agility equipment. Ideal for smaller dogs and puppies or small contained area for any sized dog. There is a small doggy pool that we can fill if you want your dog to have access to water. There may be other small dogs / puppies in an adjacent area but if your dogs are reactive, just let us know and we can remove them for your visit. Or it may be a good experience for other dogs to have safe access to others through a fully contained fenced area.

Large Fully Fenced Yard with Amenities

Fully fenced yard with short grass that is landscaped each week. Patio in the yard with a table, chairs, and umbrella. We also have playsets for small children. There is a cooler with water bottles that can also be used to fill the water bowl available for the dogs. We have a kiddie pool for pups as well as a hose if needed. There are towels available for drying off - please drape those over a chair if used. Bug spray, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and dog treats are available in a basket on the table. There are also doggy bags located in a small dispenser on one of the white posts where you can also hang your leash(es). We ask that you dispose of your waste in the large black trashcan on the side of the house outside the gate when you are leaving. We do have free range chickens and 2 ducks that you may see roaming around, but they are friendly, remain outside the fence, and will not bother you.

Four Paws, A 4 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Bradenton

We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. All pastures have access to drinking water and kiddie pools + balls and frisbees. Plenty of umbrellas and lean-to’s for shade!

Tinyhound Trails

Tucked away in a beautifully wooded setting, this private dog park retreat is the perfect place for pups to roam off leash while mom and dad relax and unwind. A bench sits in a large open clearing near the entrance, creating a peaceful spot to sit back and enjoy nature while the dogs explore freely. The property is cleared of trash and features several maintained walking trails with areas to throw a ball. As you venture deeper into the woods, boots are recommended for comfort and safety. A porta potty is available on site for convenience. **Please bring your own water.** This is a private-use dog park, meaning only your dogs will be on the property during your booking for a quiet, stress-free experience. Please note: there is an active construction site located on the north end of the property. For your safety, stay on marked trails and avoid the construction area at all times.
