Approximately 1.5 - 2 acres of fully fenced pasture with shaded areas and seating for humans. :) Dog Play / Agility equipment on site. Other dogs may be in adjacent pasture unless specifically requested not to be. Please designate in reservation and we can gladly accommodate.

Little Paws Park

5200 sf of turf area with play / agility equipment. Ideal for smaller dogs and puppies or small contained area for any sized dog. There is a small doggy pool that we can fill if you want your dog to have access to water. There may be other small dogs / puppies in an adjacent area but if your dogs are reactive, just let us know and we can remove them for your visit. Or it may be a good experience for other dogs to have safe access to others through a fully contained fenced area.

Oak & Pond 5 Acre Fully Fenced Private Yard in Parrish

** Closed April 20th and 30th for lawn care from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm ** This 5 acre private, fully fenced Sniffspot offers a peaceful and secure environment with plenty of room to run, sniff, play in the pond and explore. The property is quiet and private. It is fully fenced & very secure which is perfect for reactive, anxious, or escape-prone dogs. We have a GSP who is an escape artist, and we've made sure it's safe for her. There are tons of oak trees + natural shade which makes the property cooler and more comfortable with the Florida Sun. Our dogs love the property so much we wanted to share it with others. There is a pond on the property where dogs can swim and enjoy the natural setting. There is a fountain and fish in the pond (primarily small Blue Gill and Catfish). However, we don't allow fishing for the safety of the pets (hooks, etc.). We have never seen any gators on the property. They would have to climb the 6 foot fence to get in. Great for multi-dog families. There is enough room for everyone to run free! The property is set back a little from the road. It feels very peaceful. Indoor restroom access available. Pool/lanai use available as an extra. Out of respect for our neighbors and for the property, we have decided to only host dog visits or dog birthday parties with 5 humans or less in attendance. If you are bringing more than one vehicle please let us know. We want the property to be more of a peaceful, low key place to visit. 💧 Amenities * Two hoses for bathing. * Shampoo, water bowls and some toys provided. It is rare to find fire ants on the property. Depending on the time of year, the water level and number of Lilly pads (and other vegetation) in the pond changes. The pond water is lowest December-February. A pond filtration system was installed in Feb 2026 and will be completely operational by the end of March 2026. The filtration system helps kill harmful bacteria.

We have a beautiful 7 acre property with 4 acres divided into three separately sized pastures: the biggest, a 1.7 acre pasture, a medium sized pasture with 1.4 acres, and a small pasture that has .6 acres. Absolutely No alligators in pond I get asked this often. Doggy wash station with hose provided. Towels, soap, bug spray and sun screen provided!

Very wooded giving time for mom and dad to sit back and let the dogs roam free. Bench is available in a big clearing area as you enter the land. Porta potty on site. Clear of trash. Several cleared trails, but as you go further, boots are recommended.*BRING YOUR OWN WATER* please note. On the North end of the property is an active construction site. Please stay clear always. Stay on trails.

Pawradise in Venice: Shaded Play Yard & Cozy Cottage Retreat

Welcome to your pup’s favorite new getaway! Nestled in peaceful Venice, FL, this fully fenced private SniffSpot offers a safe and serene space for dogs of all sizes to run, romp, and relax. Whether your pup loves a splash in the kiddie pool, a game of tug with our ropes, or a nap in the shade, this yard has it all. Humans can kick back on the shaded deck or cool off inside the air-conditioned cottage while keeping an eye on their furry friends. We’ve also got a hose for post-play rinses and plenty of spots to lounge and soak in the Florida charm. Come play, stay, and sniff the day away!

Large Fully Fenced Yard with Amenities

Fully fenced yard with short grass that is landscaped each week. Patio in the yard with a table, chairs, and umbrella. We also have playsets for small children. There is a cooler with water bottles that can also be used to fill the water bowl available for the dogs. We have a kiddie pool for pups as well as a hose if needed. There are towels available for drying off - please drape those over a chair if used. Bug spray, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and dog treats are available in a basket on the table. There are also doggy bags located in a small dispenser on one of the white posts where you can also hang your leash(es). We ask that you dispose of your waste in the large black trashcan on the side of the house outside the gate when you are leaving. We do have free range chickens and 2 ducks that you may see roaming around, but they are friendly, remain outside the fence, and will not bother you.
