Fully fenced 150’ x 50’ private lot (just over 7,500 sq ft) shaded by mature oak trees — the perfect natural playground for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. While the space is fully enclosed with chain-link fencing, it’s not fully private — your pup might spot Saint, our sweet and calm neighbor dog, who often sits quietly or gently engages through the fence. Most visiting dogs love his company, and some just ignore him while they explore.

(**Please Note:** Access to most of the property requires crossing a creek. If it has recently rained, water levels may prevent access to certain areas. The last photo in the listing shows the section of the property that remains accessible when the creek is too high. Also, the property requires high maintenance due to its size. My self or my worker might be one the property activity doing landscaping or setting up for an event. You can massage me beforehand to find out if you will get the whole property to yourself. My backyard is all natural. Lots of shade trees and sticks if your dogs like them. You don’t have to worry about your dog messing anything up. They can even do a little digging if that’s what they like to do.

There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in (we fill the pool every day, but can get the extra to have it freshly filled for your pup) Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.
