There’s nothing here your dog can mess up - Fresh water in big bowls, plus toys and treats For you - Covered patio with comfortable seating in the shade - Bottled water for humans - Parking: On the street - Fan for the warmer days - Heater for the colder days Meet Ally the tortoise - Ally is our gentle giant. She lives in her own separately fenced area, so your dog can’t get to her, but most guests enjoy spotting her. If your dog is calm around tortoises, ask me and she may come out to say hello. Good to know - I like to say a quick hello on your first visit, then the yard is yours - April and May are foxtail season. I mow / pull them regularly, but check paws and coats after your visit - After winter rain, expect some mud in spots. Wear shoes you don’t mind getting dirty - Towel provided to wipe your dog down I’m a U.S. Army veteran and lifelong animal lover, and I built this space so dogs can run, explore, and just be dogs. Reactive, shy, and high-energy dogs are all welcome.

My dogs are excited to share their back yard with new friends! You’ll be walking into your private dog park! You can also see videos on my TikTok and IG, @jackinthedogbox Josh and I love this yard! I highly recommend it in the early mornings or late evenings with summer creeping up fast. It’s very quiet with hardly any traffic. Reservations fill up quickly but we also block out dates when we are having puppies over for sleepovers or our dogs haven’t had enough time in their yard. Welcome to Redwood Acre Ranch! Here we offer a dog park for your pup on a local farm. Our farm animals are secured behind a fenced area but close enough for your pup’s enrichment. The are is fully fenced, with a pooper scooper, trash can and water bowl. We have 4 resident dogs that love exploring the scents left behind by visiting dogs. Two of them work as herding dogs, one is a paraplegic chihuahua (which really has no farm job) and the last one is a livestock guardian who does take her job very seriously. Fortunately, your booking will give us enough time to have the dogs secured before visitors. The swimming pool is for dog use only. Parking on the street only-please do not park anywhere on the property or driveway. We need that area clear for people coming and going. In addition, spots on the property is reserved for the farm and house members. Thank you 🙏

Country Serenity Private Dog Park In Woodland

Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. The spot is partially covered with medium bark to keep down the weeds and native grass. FYI - during october- november we are harvesting in our olive orchard and there may be workers cars in the parking area. Given our rural location, foxtails, stickers and other nuisance weeds do exist, especially along the fence lines, as we do not use herbicides. Please come prepared for these conditions and gauge your risk tolerance for your pet. Risks may include foxtails, stickers, ticks, mosquitos, gnats, flies, uneven ground, mud. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity.
