Variety of areas: from large open pastures to heavily wooded (but still easily accessible/walkable) areas = lots to see, hear, and sniff! No need to pick up after your pet either! Water available multiple locations: outside the fenced pastures near block building/parking via hose pipe at the well near the garden 🪴 or inside the pastures (look for the blue barrels and the cattle waterers).

Multiple large, grassy, fully fenced dog pastures; 4.5' high fencing. Fully fenced obedience training ring with gates, broadjumps, highjumps, and bar jump. Trails to lazy creek and around perimeter of property. Kennels, cover, chairs and fans available for use in pole barn. If you enjoy walking with your doggo(s) outside of fenced areas- there is a good bit to explore on our property. We hope you come and enjoy!

Let your pup run wild and free across 8 private acres of pure off-leash joy! This sprawling, fully fenced property is perfect for dogs who love to explore. With rolling hills, bumpy terrain, and tons of open space, it’s a sniff-and-sprint paradise! *We are outside the city limits and it is not uncommon to hear hunters nearby shooting* ✅ Fully enclosed with secure fencing ✅ Natural terrain: hilly, bumpy, and tons of sensory enrichment ✅ Water station & shade available inside carport and through trails ✅ Poop bags & trash bin provided Trash & Amenities: The trash can and other amenities are inside the carport and at the picnic table in the back near the bamboo forest. Seating: We have a table and four chairs in the bamboo/shaded area in the very back if you would like to have a picnic off the ground. At any time, you can request more seating. In addition, we have a bench inside the carport and at the well. Fence: The fence is 3 feet on three sides and five feet on the road side. The front fence is wood slats/split rail with wire. On other sides we have wire and chain link. Our Great Pyrenees and Golden Retriever have not tried to jump it. *There are critters that like to lift up our wire fencing. Just beware if you have a tiny dog.* Wildlife: You may see turtles, snakes, rabbits, deer, ground hogs and squirrels. There have been times that deer will be stuck inside our fencing. Grounds: The property around the home has never been graded so it is hilly and lumpy so be careful where you step. You can see holes dug in the yard from dogs. It is fine if they dig. Water: You have access to our well and water bowls.

We've removed a couple of tiny houses but otherwise it is as as depicted in the video. With slight changes based on season. We have 9.5 acres of pristine mountain glory We have a large unfenced Field, Shallow Creek with some small waterfalls, a spring that feeds a tiny pond, a large cleared Homesite that's away from the road moderate to difficult trails and beautiful views. The trails are moderate until you come to the areas that we had landslides, at which point, you can turn around or enjoy the difficulty it presents. Sometimes I or other guests may be on property. If you don't want any other dogs present while you're here, please confirm by text ahead of your reservation time. Thanks so much! We look forward to sharing our sweet space with you. Large wooden panel fenced back yard. Covered patio, with ceiling fan, gas fire table, and lighting. Swing set with 2 swings and a slide for any children. As well as an in-ground 12 foot trampoline and full size hammock available for use. I just ask for guests to keep dogs off trampoline. Yard is on a hill. After dark, we also have lighting around the entire fence for visibility. No other dogs can be seen. But our neighbor has a small dog that may bark occasionally. That dog is always kept in a small pen, so the dog cannot get even close to our fence. Upon upon request, back door blinds can be drawn for complete privacy. Very quiet neighborhood. Fulled wooded area behind fence. Will consider any other accommodations upon request and will fulfill if I am able.

Secluded wooded and grassy 14 acres with a section fenced. Come walk one of the 4 trails or enjoy the fenced play area, or walk the long driveway and loop. Take a breather and relax on the bench or rock near the waterfall pond. Or go on hike on back acres on your own adventure and let your dogs have fun playing in the large creeks. I have 3 dogs, but they are kept inside so enjoy the property without any other animal interference. You may hear barking if near house, but no worries, they can't get out.
