Sorry about the change in availability. I will try to leave the weekends and holidays open as much as possible for regulars. We have at least a full .5 acres inside a fence for off leash play. Includes access to a swimming pool for dogs (and humans) that love water. Chairs available on the pool deck along with oversized umbrella. Provide dog towels, poop bags, sunscreen and bug spray. Access to the field is available through a back gate. There is a cleared area near the creek and horse trail. We just ask that dogs be on leash outside the fence. Do not block the garage (parking available in the driveway if you pull far enough forward) Please put garbage in the provided trash cans. Place used towels on the porch

Acres upon acres of land to run your pups ragged! Very close to town nestled inside, but not part of the new Shady Creek Estates. We have a large field with some trees, a creek, and plenty of woods on the other side of the creek with tons of sights, smells, and trails for the doggies and their people to enjoy! I have a small section near the front in the NE corner that is not fenced. It's a work in progress. Please avoid this corner! The rest of the property is fenced.

Small acreage homestead in a rural pocket of Denton County, just seconds from stores and shopping. Here you will find large oak trees, grassy fields, swimming pool, swing set, and even horses to admire or befriend across the fence. My dogs love it here and I know yours will too!

We are conveniently located off of Hwy 360 and Broad street in Grand Prairie. Enjoy our fully fenced yard with an inground pool. If your dogs can't swim please don't let them in the pool without a life jacket on. If they can swim or have their life jacket on they are welcome to take a jump into the pool. Maximum of 2 humans per dog. Maximum of 3 dogs. No children under the age of 13 please because of the pool on the property. Host will generally meet guests and welcome them only if you ask to meet. Humans are allowed in the pool to play/support your dogs. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Human pool parties or gatherings are not permitted even if dogs are present. Big or small, all dogs are welcome. Your dogs will be the only dogs using the yard during your visit. The pool water features will be off when you arrive. Please let me know if you'd like them on if your dog will be swimming. Some dogs are afraid of the water noises and prefer just the pool pump on. We have complementary snowcones as well. If you would like snowcones please let me know so i can have the ice, syrups, cups and spoons/straws ready for you.

Belle was my doberman that recently passed away, it's a rememberance to her. This is still in the makings, just posted 6/28th of this yr. I only have one dog that stays inside and comes out to the front to use bathroom. Im experienced with pitbulls. this place will be available til next weekend. I'm just presenting you what's ready to be used. My yard has alot of elevation to give your dog exercise and also I have a big wooden patio deck you y'all to sit in with a patio table with umbrella, I have a long freight for stairs to work your dog to sleep. I do not have a pool but will have a kiddie pool for y'all to use with a water hose to refill. This park is next to a public park as well, so you'll have private park and one open to public ppl, just 5min away if you wanted a change of environment that's short trip.

Please note: 1) The pond is slowly refilling with the recent rains, but it's still low. 2) There are low-lyong areas of standing water and lots of mud after it rains here, and it's very difficult to scoop wet horse manure up in the pasture. 3) Starting and closing times are changing due to the shorter days. It takes a significant amount of time to clear the pasture and paddock of horse manure prior to visits, and to pen our outdoor animals up at bedtime. Those tasks can only be managed with sufficient daylight ** You and your furry family members can enjoy a peaceful, large, open paddock, and 1 acre pasture with shade trees, a pond, and fresh water for pups. There is SO much to see and smell at RichKat Ranch! Please note that the North and East pasture fences are wrought iron with spacing that could allow a puppy/small dog to pass through (toy breeds or those such as Chihuahuas, Yorkshire Terriers, etc). We look forward to sharing our space with you ♥ Please note: the "Maximum number of dogs allowed" is per SINGLE reservation - there are no other dogs on the property during your reserved time. The property is just over 8 acres and fully fenced with barb wire cattle fencing. The portion of the property around the house has more secure wire mesh fencing! We have lots of seating available, we just ask you don't come onto the porch for our dog's sake (: The property has meadows, trees, walking trails, and a pond for you and your pup to enjoy! The back yard is massive and is always appreciate the most by all of the four legged furry friends that visit. Plenty of space to run around and clean and clear so that you can keep on eye on your pup at all times. Plenty of shade available for guests. A brand new roof Extention was just added. 440 square feet of cover that is a life saver through the summer months! Rocking chairs and hammocks are available as well. So that you have a comfortable place to sit and watch your pet run and enjoy the space.
