🌟 Welcome to Our Backyard Oasis! 🌿💦 We’re so excited to host you! To help everyone have an amazing and safe time, please take a moment to review these friendly house guidelines. ❤️ 🚨 SAFETY FIRST No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk. Always supervise children. No peeing or eating in the pool, please! 🧊 REFRESHMENTS The fridge is not available to guests. Bring a cooler and ice. 🔥 GRILL INFO Flat top grill (Blackstone) available for $25. Propane included — bring your own grill utensils. Don’t forget your own plates, napkins, and eating utensils. 🚻 BATHROOM Dry off before entering. Turn off lights and check that the toilet isn’t running. Use the provided bin for toilet paper — please don’t flush it. Leave the window closed. 🚿 TOWELS & SHOWER Please bring your own towels — we don’t supply any. There is no shower on site. 🍹 POOL RULES Alcohol allowed for guests 21+ only. No glass containers, please. Swimwear required in the pool. Wear sandals on the deck. No running or excessive splashing. Keep music at a respectful level — we’re in a quiet neighborhood. Smoking is allowed only in the designated area out back. 🪑 FURNITURE & CLEAN-UP Don’t drag furniture — lift it gently if moving. Return all furniture, chairs, and pool toys to where you found them. 👶 INFANT SWIM POLICY Infants must wear a double-layer swim diaper with no holes or tears. 💧 ACCIDENTS If there’s an accident in the pool, a cleaning fee will apply. 🗑 TRASH Dispose of trash in provided bins. 🐾 DOG-FRIENDLY SPACE Pick up after your dog — bags provided. Leash until inside gate, unleash once closed. Re-leash before leaving. We provide water — bring toys and towel. Owners are responsible for their dogs. For doggie parties, dogs must be friendly. 🦟 MOSQUITO NOTE Bring mosquito repellent to stay comfortable. 🎉 THANK YOU for helping keep the Backyard Oasis safe, clean, and fun! 🌞💦🐾 Any questions, please ask!
