We loved Brooke’s yard! The area was very clean, a solid fence, and quiet and relaxing. Brooke has a wonderful setup with many accommodations. Definitely would recommend!! Our dogs loved it.

Host replied: Thanks Lauren! ✨🌱💛🍁🌞 Come back again soon!

I have been looking for a more private space to take my reactive dog to run around and play (I live in an apartment with no yard). This was a perfect solution! Brooke is the sweetest, most attentive host. We entered through a private fence and were met with a beautiful yard with a spacious deck stocked with toys, treats, waste bags, water, and more. I picked the package that came with a beverage of my choice, so I got to sip on a warm green tea with honey on a chilly Sunday morning watching my dog bounce around. We got to chatting a bit when she brought out my tea, and Brooke is as easy to talk to as an old friend. Will absolutely return.

Host replied: Thanks so much Hannah 💞☺️💞 I really enjoyed meet you and hope we can do it again sometime.

Beautiful backyard ready for you and your pups! Close to HWY 64 and I95! When you arrive, you will be able to either park in our driveway which is to the right of our house (if you are looking at it from the street) or you can park on the street in front of our home (just pull off onto the grass a bit), your choice! The gate you will come through is to the LEFT of the house, it is a single gate. Do NOT enter through the double gates, the handle gets stuck very easily and it’s hard to open and close so the single gate is the easier option. There is a carport in the backyard which will have a small black trash can, bucket of dog toys, chairs, an outdoor dog bed (which you can move around) and a table. There is a swing set and a kids play house along the back fence and a small fire pit. If you were to want to use the fire pit, please bring your own wood as we do not have any available currently. Our big trash cans and recycling cans are out back as well, trash is green and recycling is blue, so use them to throw away any garbage as needed (including doggy #2). Our dog is a digger unfortunately so there may be numerous small holes in the backyard that we did not get around to filling in. OUR ANIMALS: We have one chocolate Labrador retriever who will be crated indoors while we have people visiting our backyard. We also have two cats who you may see sitting at the front door on sunny days if I forget to shut the door before y’all get here. If cats are a trigger for your pup, let me know ahead of time and I will make sure to shut my front curtains and door so that’s there is no way your dog can see them. There are stairs in the carport that lead to our back porch (which attaches to our kitchen), the door at the top of the stairs will be locked so please don’t try going up there, thank you in advance. The reason I said yes for the gaps/holes question is because of the way the double gate sits kind of wonky. All spots around the fence that may have a hole at the base, we have covered the hole with bricks. If you have ANY questions, please reach out. Happy sniffing 🐾
