Welcome to our peaceful, dog-friendly backyard retreat in Highland, NY! This fully fenced-in grassy space offers under half an acre of open play area, ideal for dogs to run, sniff, and explore freely. Surrounded by mature trees and a quiet wooded backdrop, it’s a safe and serene environment for dogs of all energy. As a reactive dog owner we understand the need of private space for dogs and are happy to share our backyard! Features: Fully fenced perimeter (4-ft chain-link + 6-ft privacy section) Large open grassy area, freshly mowed and well-maintained Quiet, private setting with woods at the back for a nature-filled experience. There is light foot traffic sometimes on the street but it is very quiet and private and dogs cannot see people walking on the street with the private fencing. On-site waste bin available in front of house Easy parking and private access through the side gate We kindly ask that all guests clean up after their dogs and respect the peaceful nature of the space. We look forward to hosting you and your pup for a fun, safe outdoor adventure

There are little streams, logs, rocks and all sort of areas for digging, running, jumping and sniffing. There is an upper trail and a lower trail and they both loop together. Up the trail to the right is a deck with chair and table and supplies. You can watch your dog in all directions from this vantage point as they run free and smell all the smells of a forest.

Great if you want to let your dog off leash hike but don’t want to risk running into any other dogs - we have 80 acres and no neighbors and a private road! I have 2 dogs who will stay inside while you’re here, we have a fenced area right by the house we use for them/ this can be booked upon request but is generally just for our dogs.
