Description

Back when I didn’t have a yard and had two younger dogs - I would spend a couple hours sitting in my apartments dog park so they could roam and be dogs while I did my work during the day. I hope you will feel comfortable during the duration of your booking to spend it training, lounging, or whatever purpose it serves for you and your dog. Two kennels provided. Access to bowls for water/food. Some toys are out for you to use while at spot. Basic snacks for dogs/people upon request. Large fan provided under the covered patio for keeping cool. Plenty of seating, including 4 Adirondack chairs. Stock pond dogs are welcome to hop in. Spot Environment: Yard is pesticide and fertilizer free. Off street parking available for one car. Picking up after pets has no exceptions, we have a poop eater. Neighbors do have dogs, none are outdoor only, and fence is secured. Lowest portion of fence is where you enter standing at 4 feet. All yard fencing (facing others) is 6 feet. Additional Spot Rules: One person per additional dog required for chaperoning beyond two dogs (if larger than 30 pounds). Children are welcome but not allowed in stock tank pool.

Power cord that extends to the stock tank, a couple uneven spots in the grass, potentially uneven patio bricks, and normal bug activity (some wasps and bees, no hives in shaded area)

No professional experience, merely an assistant package, you must provide the medium in which you want photos or videos (e.g. phone, video camera) NOTE: Cannot be booked for known or suspected to be people aggressive dogs.

Brr! Blankets & Pillows$10.0

It’s getting to be chilly! Two freshly washed blankets on the Adirondack chairs will be waiting for you and two clean lumber support pillows will be provided for your use and ease of mind. NOTE: Damage to pillows will result in a charge of $20, not to be used as toys for the dogs.

Fantastic backyard. Spacious with plenty of room to let the dogs run and fetch. The stock tank and water hose are good for cool downs on hot days. The host is also very nice!

Lovely, clean yard and big as far as I’m concerned! Several different areas my puppy could explore. The owner had left a big bowl of water and lots of toys.

Cup’s Haven!

Our house sits on a 1.2 acre lot. We have a side yard that is roughly an acre which is fully fenced. Our dog, Buttercup, loves to run around here to play with us! We’d like to welcome other dogs too, right here in the heart of Spring branch!
