The chain link and white picket fences have spots that a dog could dig under if they are not watched. My 40lb rescue has dug out several times so you will see attempts to block some of the space at the bottom. The area is generally quiet but you may see a neighbor or a dog from time to time. Private backyard with lots of free street parking accessible by latching gate. Trees and small natural area but mostly lawn. Near a beautiful paved walking trail to lakes and streams. Deck/patio with chairs available. Backyard is fully fenced and about 3ft tall all around, but has some wore down spots as pictured. Trash is alongside the house for waste.
