open area for animals to roam. rented to camping community as well so please be clear about dates. partially flat area, other half filled with trees. some debris from other previous homes in area so please keep furry animals paws protected. calm area. neighbors visible & surveilling when owner isnt present. safety first. thank you.

this is active. we are avail. reach out if it says otherwise. david adams is constantly messing with the account. we frequently make sure its updated. and their notification is a glitch in their system tht mrks it as unavail. additionally, there is substantial debris nxt door in the garage area so keeping an eye on your animal while they roam is essential as we are not to be held responsible for any injuries while on the premises. there is a separation of our trees, but until appropriately fenced pls take this as our disclaimer. animals are to be limited to this area only as we hold responsibility for properties outside of this within the same area.

Fully fenced back yard with reinforced fencing underneath to limit any tiny escape artists. Bunnies, chipmunks and birds to watch plus the scent of three dogs. Just added in an additional concrete pad and hot tub hence the hay. We ask to respect the patio and take all garbage with you as well as not opening or using the garage or hot tub. The TV is available for use but requires users to be familiar with Chromecast. Wi-Fi provided if requested. Toys, bowls, water and poop bags in the shed to the left of the hot tub.
