55Always a great visit to Janet's sniff spot! Beautiful weather today, nicely mowed paths and we even saw a deer....much to my dogs' delight 😄
55My dogs had a great time running around and jumping in the stream. Thank you!
55Our dogs had fun running through the mowed paths
55The spot was beautiful. Our dogs had a freaking blast rolling in stuff and going in the pond!! The area at the bottom near the pond was nice and flat but glad I didn’t bring my 14yo dog, he would’ve had some trouble making it back up. The location & parking was easy to find! The entrance/grass path wasn’t easily identifiable, but we figured it out (if you’re looking at the building, it’s behind you and curves behind the trees). We also weren’t 100% sure where we could or couldn’t go on the property. We stayed on the mowed paths and in the pond. Thankfully we were able to extend our time bc the dogs loooved the water that much. Will def go back!
55Great space! The dogs had a great time running around
55My dogs loved it.
55Love it here! The dogs had a great time
55Janet’s property was awesome. Our doggos had so much room to run. This was very enjoyable for all of us. We’ll definitely be back.
55Janet’s property was such a treat! My dogs had a blast running through the fields and splashing through the stream.
55Love that the path is well maintained!

Our peaceful, private and beautiful 100+ acre farm is a haven for dogs and their human companions alike! Acres of open fields, trails through the woods, and a lovely valley with a stream meandering through are all that await you and your four legged friends! Maps and descriptions, along with a cooler containing snacks and water are provided upon your arrival. It is gorgeous out here in all seasons- plenty of shade in the summer, and wide open spaces for dogs to run free. So much to enjoy and explore here- come and see for yourself! Note: we do have 2 geese which may be heard somewhat in the distance. However, you will not see them nor any other domestic animals while here, since the Sniffspot is quite far away from the homestead.
