From the parking area choose your path— the left or right trails —and meander down Flying Horse Lane or Waggin' Tail Lane to The Landing Pad, where trails weave into playful circles perfect for a game of ‘Hide and Go Seek’ or a chase! At the forest edge, the Madhatter trail invites you to a serene creek, a secret haven at our fully fenced sanctuary. For environmental reasons, the creek area is not fenced. Our hilly forested land, a tapestry of guardrails, fences, gates, natural barriers, rolling trails, springs and creeks, is a haven for play. These trails, once trodden by horses, have been lovingly reclaimed from invasive brush and dead trees, now fun for paws and feet alike. We’ve nurtured this tranquil forest back to life by planting more than 600 saplings. The canopy of Hemlock, Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, Yew, BigLeaf Maple, and Alder, filled out as soon as there was more light. These trails whisper stories of the past. In the spring, summer, and fall, lush frilly leaves decorate every breeze with greenery in motion. Wonderlane isn’t just a place; it’s an experience—a Sniffspot designed with your dog’s joy in mind. While they dash through wood chips and Pacific Northwest duff, under ferns you’ll enjoy the sight of a 20-acre forested wetland, a living vista of nature. Though some wildlife is a rare sight, the forest is alive with the songs of songbirds - sparrows, finches, thrushes, grosbeaks, and a host of other birds, such as majestic American Bald Eagles are seen here. Walk, run or pause on our soft wide paths and let the forest’s secrets reveal themselves uniquely to you. We’ve spent over five years crafting this haven, just a mile from the South Sound, for you and your friends to run, walk, sit, and revel in the company of your dogs. We recommend bringing repellent or wearing it when you drop into the forest, and if you choose, onto the creek area. The creek is best for physically fit individuals. If you need assistance, please contact us directly. Keeping Wonderlane pristine is a collective effort, and we value your help in maintaining the beauty of our shared space. Please use the garbage bins at the top driveway entrance for disposal of any waste. Please close the hydrants completely. Press the hydrant water handle into the completely closed position after use. If the water is not pressed completely closed it affects our water system pressure. Please close every gate. Dogs must be leashed going to and coming from the parking area, and may be unleashed when entering the dog park. We rely upon guests to contact us and tell us immediately if they need anything. The forest area is fully fenced, some doubled. There are gates to the creek so you can control access. We continue to improve everything except the fundamentally lovely forest, creek, air, light, trees, bushes, plants, and all the birds.

This spot is a 1/2 acre rough pasture with a bench, fruit trees, a tree swing and woods surrounded by greenbelt. It is fully fenced and gated although if your dog is small and escape-minded it may do so because it is wire field fence, not board fence. Please park in front of the garage and keep your dog leashed until you reach the pasture area at the back of the property. Enjoy!

Come enjoy our peaceful 3 acre fully fenced private dog park! Enjoy the park like setting with grassy area and seasonal creek! The property has a shaded forest area with wood chip trails. Gazebo, fire pit, doggie waste station, water, water dish, treats, doggie pool are all included. See you soon! 🐾

Very large area for dogs to run and play. Easy parking and entrance to backyard. You can have the back yard to yourself. There is a table, chairs, some toys like tennis balls and a throwing thingy, fresh water and a large garbage disposal bin to leave poop bags at the entrance gate. Come and enjoy our yard. WE HAVE JUST FINISHED A 10 X 12 METAL GAZEBO THAT WILL PROVIDE SHELTER FROM THE RAIN.

New to Sniff spot so open to suggestions and we’re a hip camp if you want to stay the night! Please keep in mind it is the wilderness and we do our best to tame it. We're on site when you visit and are here for guidance. First timers we will show you where to go. We would love to also bring our dogs out for play time if you got friendly animals. We have private river access in our back yard. We're on a cliff (please be careful with our trail) so you shouldn't run into anyone. We do have access to the river bed for even more exploring, bring your water shoes to walk a cross the water for even more exploring and swimming!- No reactive dogs across the river as that's our island we share with the neighbors.

2 acres with 5 foot chain link fence surrounded by forest and wetlands. This offers a distraction-free place for your dogs to get their zoomies on! You get both shade and sun, with grass, dirt, wood chips, (and a bit of mud in some spots during the rainy season). We are in the country, so our park doesn't share a fence line with neighbors. You won't see any other dogs. There could be far away dog barks from a few blocks over, but nothing up close. We don't use toxic sprays, so rest assured it's a natural and safe place to romp and play in private. The 2 acres has mature trees throughout and is mowed during the growing season. It's perfect for throwing tennis balls and getting lots of good sniffs in. You will be able to see your dog at all times (unless he/she is hiding behind a tree.) If you add "The Woods" extra (see below) detailed instructions will be within the Sniffspot park, on the SouthEast fence next to the big red bow.
