55Clean, calm, secure!
55This was our first time using sniff spot and we had a great time! We will be back! Very nice, large, clean place to play! My dog is small and a bit of an escape artist so I put my bag in front of a small gap in the back gate, but the fence was overall very secure. Nice place for us to sit in the shade as well!
45Clean with supplies provided. I just noticed that the back of the fence has a gate that leads to a trail behind the house, it appears. The gate is fairly loose, so I secured it with my dog’s leash during our visit. Without that, I’m sure she could push it open if she wanted. Just be aware of that !

Description

Need a place for your pup to run without fear of taking off or running into other dogs? We have just the place. Our private back yard offers a large open area for you & your dog to hang out and burn off some energy! With a wood privacy fence on two sides, and no neighbors behind us, this yard is great for reactive doggies too. Patio furniture, swing, & hammock stand available for use, as well as WiFi. Off-street parking in driveway with side entrance to the yard. Our neighborhood is a wonderful dog walking neighborhood. Start or end your hangout with a nice walk too! We will come & go from the house but will not disturb you unless you’d like to chat. Unfortunately, we do not have access to a restroom for this location.

We just ask that our belongings shared with you are respected as you would your own yard. Security cameras are in use around our entire home. They are not monitored 24/7 and will not be checked unless necessary.

Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.

    This was our first time using sniff spot and we had a great time! We will be back! Very nice, large, clean place to play!     Host replied: Thank you so much for bringing the gate to our attention! I have since secured it with a hefty bungee and carabiner. We certainly don’t want anyone to have to worry while visiting.

We also have birds, squirrels, and bunnies that like to visit. Most of the fence is a wooden privacy fence, but the back by the park is chainlink. I have a deck with chairs or a couch you can relax in and enjoy the peacefulness of the yard. Fur babies are welcome on the couch as well, and there will be a bowl of fresh water for them in the yard. I also have 2 camping chairs I put in the yard if you prefer. I do have 2 dogs that may bark upon arrival, but they will be out of sight. I hope you enjoy the yard as much as we do.
