Katie's Fully Fenced Yard In Knoxville, *coupon code for first time-Katie43*

*Please no digging in grass/yard area! But all along the tree line is perfect for the pups to get the dig zoomies out.* **The yard will have a couple grass seed straw covered spots for a month or so due to a bobcat excavator. Should be grown by end of May 2023. Will not affect the great time you and your baby(ies) will have! ** A peaceful .3 acres of a flat fenced yard, with ample shade and seating. Dog poo bags provided, along with Milk Bone treats and plenty of spots to sniff; trees, dirt, garden area and grass. A drinking bowl and various dog toys are in a Chewy box: think stuffed animals, tennis balls, tug rope, plus a doggie pool (listed as an Extra) and hose (Extra) for those hot summer days. *Stuffies will be washed every two weeks and the dog bowl is cleaned once a week.* An absorbent towel will be provided for the not so great muddy days. A porch style swing, hammock, and hanging chair swing are available, plus two stools and a swivel rocker chair, opposite an outdoor chair with ottoman with a blanket. The upstairs deck is fine to use as well, as during the fall and winter, it's the best place to get sun. **I have a mini fridge/cooler I have stocked with a few soft drinks and water.** There's also a Bluetooth enabled sconce light that you can connect to if you want some tunes or to listen to a podcast during your visit. I recently added a 40 in. Vizio TV in case you'd like to watch dog videos together as well, free of charge. Wifi password can be provided upon booking. You're guaranteed almost complete privacy. I've made this the ideal spot for me and Dox, and I hope it will be the same for you and your dog(s). There is an easily visible 'please pick up dog waste' sign under my mailbox, just in case there are any questions about which house is mine!

I absolutely loved this spot. The host was great to work with. The land was clean, and secure. There were shady spots and sunny places as well. The host filled a huge bowl of water for the dogs. I would love to go again. My family was on a road trip and needed a place to stretch our legs.

My boys, Lollipop and Bacon Bit, had a blast. Bacon is my swimmer. I had to make him get out of the pool, once our time was up. Great place for your babies to get exercise and play time. Very nice hosts. Very clean and nice yard. The pool is the cherry on top. My favorite sniffspot for sure. I definitely recommend booking for your babies.

Really great space for dogs. They get to swim in the pool for a bit, then there is an awesome yard for them to run around in to begin the drying process. There's poop bags in case you forget! Host is very communicative. My pups love coming here!!!

We had such a great time! My dogs weren’t big on swimming, my puppy has never been in the water. But they enjoyed the backyard anyways. My boyfriend and I had just as much fun!
