Welcome to "Top of the Lot," a serene, private outdoor space nestled in the hills of La Habra Heights. This open lot offers a peaceful environment for your dog to explore, sniff, and play off-leash. It's a quiet retreat away from crowded parks with a great view! On clear days, you and your dog will be treated to spectacular views—stretching all the way to Catalina Island! It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind while your pup explores. Please be aware that this area is rich in nature. You and your dog might encounter local wildlife such as lizards, bunnies, squirrels, coyotes and birds. Always stay aware of your surroundings to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit. ***Please note that there are stacks of bricks on-site, they will be removed soon. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to enhance our space***

1. Wildlife - we have seen coyotes, snakes and hawks on our property. Our area is also home to mountain lions and bobcats although we have not seen them on our property. Always keep an eye on your pets. Uneven ground throughout the property, steep pavement entryway.
