Please make sure to close and lock the gate after you leave! You MUST put the key back in the lockbox after departure. NO EXCEPTIONS. And absolutely no parking in the driveway at any time. Thank you! Cancellation policy: If you tell me at least two hours prior to your reservation time that you can’t make it, I will fully refund the booking. However anything after that, I will not refund. Thanks for understanding!
