Welcome to our fully fenced area! We have lots of shade under the tree and patio. There is street parking available and side gate access. Access to sprinklers is available as well. There is no visibility to the neighbors’ backyards or into our house, so you’ll have privacy. There is a good sized digging area available in the back corner by the tree- where there is dirt and leaves instead of grass. The main light at night is a motion sensor, so walk towards the patio if it happens to turn off. Any other questions, feel free to reach out!

Our backyard is like a dog park! Fully fenced with lots of activities and toys for dogs. During the day we run a very fun doggie daycare and It is opened for people to rent in the evening times and sometimes the weekends!

We recently purchased our home and I would love to share my backyard with your pups to help get the zoomies out or to just bask in the sun! Our yard provides a mixture of terrain including turf, grass, DG, mulch & rocks! Along with lots of space for play, you have the ability to add on our top deck which includes a refreshing pool & a hill the pups love to run up! If you’d like to wait for the heat to cool off, we have plenty of lights for nighttime fun to help the pups get a great night sleep 🌙 Please let me know if you have any questions or requests!

EXCITING UPDATE!! 💦 We have added a new water feature to our yard for dogs to cool off during the warm weather! It's an 8ft round by 2 feet deep stock pool with a pump/filter that is mostly in-ground and ready for your dogs to have fun! Add it as an Extra during your next visit! Canine Canyon Park is a unique, peaceful, fully-fenced, safe private yard situated in a beautiful canyon with no neighboring yards to worry about (our senior neighbors to the right NEVER use their yard and the other sides are adjacent to the canyon). We are located in central San Diego, just up the hill from Snapdragon Stadium in Mission Valley, and are easy to access from major freeways including the 15, 8, 163 and 52. Our property is double-fenced, which brings peace-of-mind to our guests. The top patio area, where you will enter and exit, is fully-fenced and secure, as is the lower yard with its own gate. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, on a dead end street. Street parking is always available either right in front of our house or close by. You will have private access through a side gate to our backyard. Dogs love to run up and down the dirt slope in our yard to chase balls and expend their energy. The slope leads to our flat, lower dirt yard which is perfect for your dogs to run free and get their zoomies on! We do have a turf area under the play structure, as well as inside the pool area. We provide everything you could possibly need during your visit including lots of balls, Chuck It launchers for fetch, toys, water bowls, a hose, enrichment activities, plenty of seating, shade, a cot for the pups, towels, and more - all of which are included in the base price! We also offer lots of fun upgrades to add-on including the pool area, ball pit, pup ice creams, bubble machine, and a self-service bath station! We are open for early morning visits starting at 6am, and we have plenty of lighting for after dark visits as well! Thank you for supporting our dog, Zsa Zsa. On Aug 6, 2023, she passed away from the battle between heart failure and kidney disease. We will always love you Zsa Zsa. Hi! We started this Sniffspot in March 2023. We want to create a pleasant experience for you and your dogs. All funds will be going towards my dogs and their medical bills, Zsa Zsa’s bills. Any excess will be donated to a local shelter. Memberships are discounted 10% off for 4 hours and 15% off for 8 hours. If you have questions, please ask me. We are selling cold drinks for $1 each bottle/can. The $1 cold drinks are located inside the cooler. Please deposit the money in the box above the cooler or submit electronic payment per the instructions on the box. This private back yard is located in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a private entrance to the back yard so there’s no humans or dogs in sight. Fully fenced that are 6 feet high. Good for all types of dogs. Run around half an acre of back yard! There's an uphill incline for better exercise. Fresh water available for dogs at all times. There’s a small 3 tier shelf to place your belongings on. Dogs are welcome to dig. There’s rocks available for dogs who loves rocks. Agility Course (FOR DOG USE ONLY) is included in the price. Please remember to return all borrowed toys into the toy bin. Thank you. Tetherball is available for large dogs and humans. Sorry small dogs ): your tiny legs can’t help you! Please be safe and don’t hit the ball too hard. We don’t want any injuries to humans or dogs. Come and rest your paws in our peaceful yard in the city located in easy-to-access central San Diego, on the Southcrest of Mission Valley near Snapdragon Stadium and SDSU. Dogs love to run and konk out in the shade of the trees and cool grass. The side yard has a longer run which is perfect for your dogs to run free and get their ya-ya’s out. The yard is fully-fenced in with plenty of tennis balls to play fetch, water bowls, and a cot if they need a rest. We also have a tree swing for both kids and adults (under 160 lbs). There are no other dogs in adjacent yards but there are across the alley . This is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of street parking and private access through a side gate to our back yard. We hope you and your dogs will enjoy our space!

Perfect spot to come let your dog enjoy the sunshine, sniffs, and (small) zoomies! Comfy outdoor seating of couch with small coffee table and 3 Adirondack chairs for working or relaxing.
